Online purchase was easy and it was Quick delivery

Friendly, helpful delivery driver and nothing too much trouble.
Furniture is perfect in every way.

Last year I used another brand of preservative to coat the furniture. It was a bit meh! This year, I bought your own brand. Total result. The garden furniture is looking good as new. Bravo 👏.

I ordered a 2 seater swing for my wife's birthday. The order was placed on 16/05. The website states that the order would be delivered within 14 working days.
My wife's birthday was on 08/06, plenty of time for the advertised delivery. At the beginning of that week I contacted the company as there had been no further information and was told they would chase up the order and see what they could do to get it to me in time.
The following day I had a message with no facility to reply that stated the order would be delivered on 25/06, 2 days short of 6 weeks from when the order was placed.
In the meantime some significant planned garden work has commenced making this a very inconvenient time.
I contacted Charles Taylor Trading again but had no response.
The order arrived on 25/06. I have not yet had the opportunity to assemble it. No time slot was given for the delivery so I had to wait in all day. It arrived after 4 p.m.
I ordered directly from CTT to ensure the delivery would be in time and could have bought the product cheaper elsewhere.
The terrible customer service and complete failure to adhere to their advertised delivery service from this company indicates a very poor attitude and a complete disregard for its customers. I would not recommend purchasing their products.

Got a text on 11AM Thursday fro a random telling me my delivery is coming at 6am the next day, I misread and thought it said 6pm. I was in at 6am but nothing on my ring doorbell. Now I need to call the office to get my delivery. Waste of time. Don't bother

I just attached this to my window (downstairs thank god)
Watered my little annuals that I'd put in (plant boxes do need watering) and the whole thing came smashing down. Now annuals don't need deep soil so not much was put in the box.
When I inspected this window box, it wasn't screwed together as such a large wooden box should be, BUT PINNED..... WHAT A DANGER FOR ANYONE USING THEM ON AN UPPER FLOOR WINDOW !!!

Made an order of 10 wooden window boxes. Condition on purchase was "up to" 14 days. It is now 18 days so I call them to see why its late. I was then advised it will "probably" be received by 30th June. That's 23 days not 14.
There was no apology just lots of irrelevant excuses. Such as: someone just returning from vacation was one. Due to large quantity it has to be split into 3 shipments (small window boxes) was another.
The woman said I was "lucky" as if they didn't do that it would be mid July before I receive them.
I asked why they didnt contact me if they knew it was late, and the woman said because they are busy.
What an idiotic example of customer service.

Robert was a Brilliant staff member, Excellent advice given to take care of the furniture not only delivered the furniture but put it together as well with care absolutely amazing!
Placed it exactly where we wanted it couldn't ask for better service I wish all deliveries was like that

Purchased so much garden furniture from their outlet in Skegness. Was gobsmacked at the prices/offers on.
Had the delivery 3 weeks later and the guys were amazing, set everything up and placed it where it needed to be, along with advice on looking after it.
Only improvement could be the communication on order confirmation between placing the order and delivery - that part was hard work and CT could just implement a small process so customers are not left wondering about there order.

Other than that I am impressed with the quality and value for money.

I don't recommend this company which offers zero customer relations.
3 Weeks ago, I ordered a large planter, the order acknowledgement said 'check back for an update'. Kept checking - no update.
Emailed twice and got the same reply 'we will look into it'. They obviously didn't, as I heard no more from them.
Had no shipping notification (no update on order link on website) and one day it just appeared dumped on my front doorstep. I've neber known a company do this before. I could have been away and would have had no way of giving alternative delivery instructions.
Don't be fooled into thinking you will get installation for a planter. It needed the legs and shelf attaching; the instructions said with a screwdriver, but it definitely needed a drill. No drill holes there.
The wood is sappy, the stain has drippy runs on, but it is also heavy for one person with limited DIY skills to manage alone. And now it's put together, it wobbles!!
Go to your local independent garden center—you will get much better service, perhaps slightly more expensive, but worth it to avoid the hassle.

Planters well made. Quick response to query about delivery driver only leaving one instead of two.

Bought the three seat wentworth, what a delight, much better than anticipated,well worth every penny spent. We enjoy sitting under its sun canopy and perusing our lovely garden. Thank you

States 2week delivery, reality is 6weeks. Product on show looks great and quality vs quantity type product that’s delivered. Cheap and uneven. Reported it but no response.

Easy to navigate the online web pages and there are some very good deals to be had when on discount. The delivery date I was given was a bit too long, due to a backlog of orders, so I called to see if we could agree an earlier date, as my Rose's had already been delivered and needed to be planted! The gentleman I spoke to couldn't have been any more helpful and found a slot the following week, which was brilliant.
Excellent customer service and the planter I bought was fabulous. Quality wood and very well made. The craftsmanship at Charles Taylor is second to none.

Absolutely love them, I purchased the 3 benches, 2 tables and coffee table, really well made, i have purchased cushions for them but they are comfortable without them, definitely recommended 😀
