Charleston Home Inspection Reviews

I highly recommend this home inspection service! Our inspector, Zach, was incredibly knowledgeable and went completely above and beyond for us. We received our report late on a Friday, and even though it was the weekend, Zach agreed to hop on a call with us to deeply explain several issues that we had absolutely no prior experience with.
The digital report itself is fantastic. The website is highly visual, featuring tons of clear pictures with arrows pointing directly to the problems, making everything easy to spot. On top of that, the website has an innovative AI button next to the findings. When you click it, it explains the issue in greater detail and even allows you to ask different questions about that specific problem to get instant answers.
If you want a thorough inspection paired with excellent customer service and cutting-edge tech, look no further than Zach and this team!

Our insurance company wanted a notarized inspection report which we were assured would be provided. Received an e mail report with no visible seal. CHI has no local physical. Office and retains no inspection paperwork. You have to deal with the inspector. After several weeks of backend forth thecompany says they don't provide notarized copies. No refund.

If there is a company you want to trust is this one. I recommend you hire their services because the worker who did work for me represented very well beyond expectations his service in a professional, respectful, knowledgeable and carefully explaining with understanding all that he said he found. Demonstrating honesty in a world where trust is hard to find. I was so satisfied with the service that I highly recommend them to you all. Thank you for your great worker who demonstrated and represented you well!
