I love Charlie
I love Charlie! I get my social security check at least 5 days early every month! They give you a debit card. It makes me feel like my account is safe. Plus they communicate very well. Highly recommend!

Charlie has been giving great service in receiving deposits and making the available in timely manner…when you call in to speak with customer service often times you have to be on hold before getting to speak a real person, I have been assured that they are working on expanding to shorten the wait time… when you do get to an agent you get great service!

Charlie is great! Any direct deposit is in there 3-5 days before it’s due. Wonderful customer service. Always able to answer any questions if you cant find it on the Charlie App. I highly recommend Charlie to any retirees.
