Having read the reviews and experiencing problems with my order which has not been delivered but paid for I am surprised that this company is allowed to still be in business.
It's a total con giving customers the impression that it is a company based in the UK.
Lesson learnt - I will not be buying online from any company in future.

Poor quality and no response when I requested a return label

My ‘cashmere’ cardigan feels like goats wool. Luxury product (ahahaha) It is very badly made. There are nasty buttons but no button holes. Where the material is turned at the front panels it is sewn to the front panels so you can see the material being tugged. Awful awful

ordered the coat advertised - its been over a month and nothing received so I have made a claim back through my bank . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - COMPLETE SCAM

After sending 9 emails with no response I fear that the 30 day return policy will be outdated.
I’ve asked for a return label as the coat arrived too late and is too small.
I feel like posting the coat to Bristol where the company has the store.
What do other shoppers think?

This is obviously a scam company. I sent for 2 tops neither of which were anything like the pictures on their Facebook advertisement. Have tried to contact them several times requesting a returns label but have so far had no reply.
Have read many reviews on this site saying the same thing.

I ordered the 'Emma' coat, after looking at their online site andreading good reviews about this company. Although communication was poor, I recieved the coat 1 week after the money was taken from my account. However, the coat bears litte resemblance to the advertised picture. The colour is paler and 'washed out' and the fabric is extremely thin and poor quality. I have requested a return form/ information several times, but have had no reply. I fear the 30 day return policy may run out before I get the information needed!

STAY AWAY. Yet again, a company that adverises as a supposedly English company are in fact from Chinese Land. The clothes - especially the green checked coat that is also advertised on numerous other sites - is a four letter word beginning with s and ending in t. It bears absolutely no resemblance to the advertised coat. Fortuately we got our money back in full via our very helpful bank. STAY AWAY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It has no quality control, maybe because it's chinese tat.
No returns no refunds. At your peril you purchase anything at all. Any positive review is fake.

This is a scam. Don't be taken in by their adverts. The products look lovely at very reasonable prices but after several emails explaining the delay in delivery and having taken payment, the top I ordered still hasn't arrived. No reply to my emails. They are definitely not UK based.

Don’t go near them. Complete scam artists. Look at the photo of the three ‘founders’. They all have the same face! Slick marketing makes you think they are a wholesome, quality, UK retailer. They are not.
Poor quality items take ages to arrive. If you request a refund they tell you to keep them and offer 15% refund. Returns prohibitively expensive. I went through my bank to get money back.

Rubbish Rubbish Rubbish, Absolutely garbage material, the checks on the coat do not even line up at the seams.

I have asked for a full refund.

I have report that eventually my item from this company arrived. Hooray I thought at last. My euphoria lasted all of a couple of seconds, the jumper that arrived is not the jumper that I ordered ! The colour is more or less right, but the style is completely different, with a ribbed high cowl neck. The quality is also poor. Please do not buy from this sham of a retailer.

One star given as its not possible to give no stars!

There is no one to contact, it's all fake.

False statement of being in Bristol UK.

£34.95 for a badly made sweater that is £7.99 on Temu.

Order deleted once I complained so I'm unable to do a chargeback through their website host 'Shopify'.

All emails ignored.

How do we all get together to deal with this?

Ordered a jumper in November, the tracking & order number now do not exist. I have tried contacting them, but quest what….no reply to various emails despite notifications that order was packed & being processed. Total scam do not use this company

I would not advise anyone to purchase anything from this company.
Jumper received today, ordered medium enough material for 2 jumpers sizing is no where near, be aware
