Charlottesayers Reviews

I love all the information provided on the website - great pictures, particularly showing each item worn, and detailed spec on the diamonds. I narrowed my search online then went to the store at Grays in-person. Helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy; I came away delighted with my new (to me!) diamond ring.

A great little shop where the owners are responsive and the vintage finds are really nice. It is very well curated.

I recently bought a beautiful pearl necklace from Charlotte Sayers. They kept me informed every step of the way and order arrived next day as promised. Their customer service is just excellent and then they went one step further; When the presentation box that the necklace came in wasn't quite right they were very understanding and without question sent a replacement the following day at their expense! I am so impressed with this business and I wish them great success in the future.

I recieved quick responses to my email inquiries. purchase was simple and delivery was quick. the quality of the ring i purchased is outstanding

Delivered on time and item was as described, am happy with my purchase

Beautiful necklace, seamless shipping process to the US.

The ring is beautiful and we really appreciated the attentiveness proactively following along with the shipping process and helping us through navigating customs.

I bought an amazing mourning pendant from Charlotte Sayers back in 2020; really a once-in-a-lifetime piece. Recently, I decided it was time to buy a pair of long Georgian earrings, which I've wanted for the last 25 years. I guess I must have had some good karma going because when I went to the Charlotte Sayers site (a thrill to peruse, it's so well curated), there was the most beautiful pair I've ever seen. We communicated by email and phone for about a week, with me asking questions about the earrings, since I am in NYC, and discussing the price (quite reasonable given the market for these rare pieces) and return policy (just in case). I bought them, received them in a day, and they are GLORIOUS. Charlotte and Georgia were both so patient the process was a pleasure. I treasure both of my purchases from Charlotte Sayers.

I fell in love with a ring online, but had many questions and wanted to see additional photos and videos to help me decide. Georgia and the Charlotte Sayers team were so helpful, responsive, and willing to send any information I requested. They were also amazing during the shipping process, communicating updates with me the entire time. Absolutely fabulous seller and company! And the ring - gorgeous. I had never purchased from CS before, and I was nervous because I was in a different country. But I can tell you after my experience that this is a company you can feel safe and confident doing business with.

Georgia was communicative and helpful, especially when dealing with customs! The ring is also gorgeous and as described and pictured.

Charlotte Sayers was a pleasure to work with. Superb selection of quality antique jewellery. Great communications and very quick shipping. I’m confident I’ll be making more purchases in the future. Thank you!

Beautiful jewelry and amazing owner! I ordered online and had great communication. Charlotte answered all of my questions and Georgia packaged everything up for me so it arrived safely. Thank you so much!

This beautiful ring is my second purchase from this wonderful shop, and I am so very happy with it. Once again, a lovely experience — excellent quality, customer service and rapid shipping.

Beautiful product and great communication. Highly recommend and will purchase again.

I purchased a Diamond Necklace a gift for my Daughter. Georgia one of the team was so helpful. Very quick to answer all my questions. Excellent customer service and communication. Delivered next day. The necklace is absolutely stunning. So happy. I would highly recommend.

I ordered a pair of earrings from the other side of the world for my mum's birthday and Charlotte and her team managed to get it delivered on time despite the tight deadline. They even kept an eye on the parcel and followed up with Fedex when there was a delay with customs. Their email responses were very quick and the pear earrings were beautiful and as exactly as described.

When inquired about some gorgeous earrings I found on their website they were quick to answer and efficient. They were helpful and professional and in the end I got some beautiful earrings.
