Great communication and experience
Great communication and experience. Provided multiple options, answered all questions, easy to reserve (click of a button), and communication was clear and timely. Aircraft was as described (infact a bit better than expected), pilots were fantastic and continued with providing a high touch customer service.

Responsive and Reliable
David did a great job with us communicating both while planning the flight and leading up to our departure. Excellent customer service. The trip went very smoothly and the pilots were top notch. Defintely will use them again in the future.

Last Minute Charter Success
Lindsey was able to find us a charter in a couple hours after another brokerage company had plane issues and wasn't able to honor the original booking. Saved us a lot of time and headaches.

Our trip was a one way flight relocate our 92 year old aunt cross country - not the easiest trip for her, but kind and patient pilots really helped! This was our first time with CFG and we will definitely use again.

My first private charter
As a first-time private charter flier, I found that, without exception, everyone at CFG that I came into contact with was understanding, patient and thoroughly professional in assisting me through the process…and my many, many…many inquiries.
Literally, from the first step of getting (& accepting) a quote for my flight….to ensuring that a personal ‘prerequisite ‘ of mine was on board for my flight, hot water for tea, CFG was insanely responsive and quite reassuring to all of my queries.
Based on CFG’s performance on this, my initial foray into the world private charters, I’ve found a great company to help me never, again have to reenter the chaotic, unreliable and time-intensive grueling world of commercial flying.
You’ve been forewarned - this ‘new toy’, my newfound freedom, can be addictive!

Great customer service!
These guys knocked it out of the park! We were tired from business meetings all week with no sleep and missed a flight. They got us a ride booked in no time and the pilots were ready to go by the time we made it to the fbo. Thank you Anna Foy for your help and dealing with three cranky people early in the morning. 11/10!!!!

Daniel Dineen was so helpful finding us a flight and answered all of our questions. He was not only pleasant but a great communicator too. Everyone we were in contact with were compassionate and easy to work with including the pilots . It was a smooth and easy flight. It was a great experience to say the least.

Some excellent, some left a bit to be desired
The pilots were outstanding. Josh was very helpful and the operations team was very responsive. On the other hand, the plane was not what we were expecting-a different model, older than expected and didn't have good reclining seats. The biggest challenge was the shifting schedule for the return flight and also the need to stop in AZ rather than direct back to Portland.

Sorry to hear the aircraft pedigree did not meet your expectations. Due to the configuration of the aircraft there are some seats that don't recline as far as others. Josh has already relayed your concerns regarding the reclining features to the aircraft owner to ensure all seats are functioning and repaired if necessary for future flights going forward. Unfortunately the change in schedule and decision to stop in AZ were out of our control, given that we are at the mercy of government agencies who control customs and the ability to arrive back from international trips. The stop in AZ was chosen by aircraft operations in order to obey FAA regulations. We appreciate your understanding regarding these matters. Josh at FlyCFG did a great job finding an aircraft for my trip on very short notice.
The aircraft provided (PC-12 NG) was clean and well provisioned, we arrived early for our trip and were able to depart thirty minutes ahead of schedule.
Very competent and polite crew, the captain (Adam) has 10k+ hours and is extremely familiar with the aircraft.
I would highly recommend FlyCFG and the operator that they used for this trip.
