The aviation advisor worked with us to ensure we had a flight when our original plans were interrupted!

Failure to respond to several phone calls regarding an over payment not returned, the amount paid twice 28248.99 via my amex card. Edward Dudnyk, I Have been told by the sales rep that they are having cash flow problems and may not have the funds to repay but my booked flight may not be available.

My wife and I waited over an hour for pilots to return to the plane. Arrived an hour and a half late. One pilot never said a word. The other offered no apology or explanation. Bathroom was ridiculous. Plane was very “tired.”

My credit card was charged AND I wired the money.
I followed up for weeks with no resolution.
I finally turned it over to Amex to get the money.
It’s unfortunate because I really like the service prior.

You guys are too hot for your own good I wouldn’t use you. You can’t be trusted. I signed ac a contract to fly from Bermuda to Antigua via Ft. Laurderdale. You were going to use two aircraft one for each leg or the journey. The 2nd one pulled out after I signed the contract one of your guys then hassled me to transfer payment even though he knew I would only do the first leg no doubt then refunding the 2nd leg. Too hot for your own good. My only recommendation to anyone would be negative.

The plane and the crew was generally fine however the plane had no liquor as well as not having any soda to drink and the bathroom was way smaller than expected and there was no water running in the sink in addition there was no working directions on the screen in the front of the plane.

From the first phone call to the final touch down, the service, communication and support could not have been better.
