Bait and Switch for low income/bad debt-to-income ratio applicants. They send you a mail offer making you think that you, as a low income applicant, can borrow up to $20,000 or more to consolidate your debt loans into one big bill. But when you call them, they decline you and offer you a debt relief program that will make your life worse than what it currently is. And the problem I have is that they already know your income and credit information even before they send you the offer because after you get in "the system", they literally see everything about your income and credit especially in modern times. So if you know I will not get approve for the loan, don't even send me offer in the first place. But they always want you to sign for some debt relief crap that has been exposed as a billion dollar scam. And the representative I talked to was rude and not polite. If you are low income with a bad DTI, please avoid this company at all cost before you be disappointed at the outcome.

I had gotten a letter in the mail with prescreening. I filled out the application and they called me back. I spoke to someone named Steven, he was alright, no real complaints. Spoke to Walker afterwards with some questions I had and he answered them. When I was back with Steven reviewing the documents, I had further questions as it was for debt settling which wasn't something I was looking to do. Transferred me back to Walker and I talked to him more and he kept saying the same stuff he said to me before and I told him I wasn't comfortable with settling the debts and that at that point, there wasn't anything further he could say to change my mind. He then said that this program wasn't for me in a rude tone. This whole time I was respectful and calm, I was trying to tell them kindly that I wasn't wanting to go forward and instead he snaps at me and makes me feel like I was being a jerk for not wanting to continue instead of responding professionally.

This is apparently a debt relief company masquerading as a loan company. After they "evaluate" your credit they try to sell you a debt relief program where you basically have them contact your creditors to tell them you can't pay and negotiate a settlement, while you pay Charter Funding close to what you would have been paying anyway. They then try to make you feel bad if you decline their "offer". Stay away if you're not desperate, or seek out a professional debt relief company that doesn't try to lure you in with a letter in the mail that claims you qualify for a 19 thousand dollar loan.

I'm giving them 2 stars since the 1st guy I spoke to was polite, whereas the 2nd guy wasn't.

They have kept in touch with me so far. I like the way they have the paper work ready to sign, and then let you know that they have received it.

All these positive reviews have to be bots. I gave 2 stars because they were courteous and professional. But they're also liars. I'm looking to consolidate some loans and credit cards, and the mailer they sent looked legit and reviews here seemed "legit". So I gave them a call. They come back with these HORRIBLE loans from random lenders at almost 40% interest. They're just a middle man for these trash lenders praying on people who aren't smart enough to know better. Then the guy says "well it's high because it was flagged risky due to all these loans" first off, I have not had ONE LOAN IN DEFAULT, not even a day past due and I have al lot of loans. I was simply looking to consolidate and lower payments, The absolute gall to try and act like I'm some credit risk was insulting. I was courteous and thanked him for his time, but I wanted to be more colorful. Trash company.

I needed help with some of my credit card bills & they help fi d a answer.

I'm extremely happy with my experience using this company. The two people that I have dealt with the most are Olivia and Jacob. They are just as invested in my financial troubles as I am, and they make sure to give me all the information that they can and answer any questions that I have and I have even received call backs from both of them to give me additional information regarding my account that was not available at the time of our call. I have already recommended this service to friends and my family.
