Chase Cricket Limited Reviews

Pros: The entire process has been great. I have 3 bags from
chase and all have been top notch. Great willow and amazing balance.

Cons: Please try to give a bat cover to your bats.

Great experience nice website and easy to order. Quick delivery, you guys did all the basics really right

great service!!! great bat!

I ordered a bat online and received it promptly without the 'protection pack' that the website stated came as standard. As soon as I queried this they asked me to send the bat back and the problem was quickly resolved. So excellent service, although I would have preferred not to have the problem in the first place.
I haven't used the bat but it looks and feels really good.

Great overall experience with a reliable and trustworthy person from Chase. Didn't push one bat over another but supported decision with clear and helpful insight.

Bat is great.

Unfortunately there were issues receiving the order due to errors with delivery company. The team at Chase were very helpful in sorting and sending a replacement.

The bats they make are top quality, and the personalised advice and service you get in the shop is brilliant.

I visited Chase Dummer for my son’s first bat. It was great peeking into the workshop and seeing the raw materials and finished products. There’s a huge selection in the shop and the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be visiting again.

Great service from knowledgeable staff. Quality products.

My sons loved the shop, especially as it is besides the workshop. There was so much choice and the time taken to explain the bats, and what would be best, made it very personnel for the boys. We will be back when we need new bats.

Professional services and good quality products

Excellent quality

A really enjoyable visit and excellent advice. The bat is fantastic

Taking back my earlier review. Miscommunication has been resolved.

Just short of 5-star because of wrong address! But recovered situation very quickly and to my satisfaction.

Superb, friendly service coming away with quality products. The bat has transformed my 11 year old son's game. Highly recommend.

Exceptional customer service as well as a great job done on my bat. After several times using Chase I really cannot fault anything. I highly recommend them and their products.

Sent my new Chase bat (purchased elsewhere) to get knocked in, plus a toe guard and scuff sheet added. The service was absolutely top notch and I had my bat back within a week. I will most definitely be back again. The Chase bat is excellent quality and value too.

Excellent service and excellent quality bat.
I purchased a R1 custom HB model which was hand made and delived in two days! Wonderful!
