Garbage support, they claim to build the platform but its not true they are using chatrace.com!!!!

The webinar was misleading. The demo made it look like the $2500 product would set up your chatbots in minutes but it's just an expensive course for you to do it yourself. It's $5k for their done for you program. From my research there are better programs for less money! I'm requesting a refund! Hope I'm successful.

I have not used it yet.. but Im writing due a post about how CBB is a whiteout version of the real thing.. personally dont care if its going to work for me im ok, and if its an issue the original owners haven't put a stop to it. If that was the case the I would be nad because Mexicans invented corn tortillas and the bUSA took to a higher step and created Doritos. And I love Doritos ..haha..also came across a person getting fired from the company .. now why should I make my buying decision based on that ? So it tells me someone is trying to influence me based on feelings..disgusted with that review ..Imma try this one out..As for Matt I like the kid his presentation and also his story.. So im going all in

The free recruitment session before you sign up is misleading that their representation explicitly stated that the program was designed for individuals without any scientific or technical background, meaning no coding experience needed. It turned out that is way harder for people who have no such above mentioned experience or background. Their return policy is only good for three days which does not give you enough time to understand what you have signed on when it comes to this high tech training-AI. After three days you are stuck if you can do it or not.

I came to this platform because of Kelly Noble Mirabella, a well known influencer in the chatbot space. Kelly just confirmed she's been fired by Ryan Baggott, the self-proclaimed chatbot king. People in the comments pointed out that Ryan is not actually the creator of chatbot builder, he's just using a white label version of Chat Race. I contacted Chat Race, they didn't provide any names (confidential) but said they are the [real] developers (only the ones with access to the source code) and a number of well known platforms use their framework. I asked if they had any outside investment from people like Baggott or those using their platform, they said absolutely not, it's a solo/private venture and the team want to keep a low profile, their business model is white labelling.

Ryan's treatment of Kelly is poor but it's not shocking once you do some research, he's lied about creating this platform. That by itself isn't shocking, lots of businesses use white label software and pretend they created it. Ryan Baggotts toxic behavor was actually recorded and documented by a song writer called Tyler Cassidy. Ryan paid him to write a song about the chatbotbuilder.ai platform, it got weird and Ryan spammed his socials to get his account blocked. Tyler wrote and performed a song about the experience - search "Tyler Cassidy Ryan Baggot" to listen to the song (Instagram Reel) about Ryan and his toxic attitude, it's FUNNY, amazing and a little sad as you see Ryan's mask slip!

I've used CBB for a long long time. I won't be using it anymore - lots of alternatives. I don't want to do business with a person like this, he's clearly toxic in my opinion.

They could be honest about it and they are not!

I was interested in the white label service offered by ChatbotBuilder.ai at $2,499 per month as I have over 70 clients in French speaking countries.

However, after doing a lot of research it became clear that the chatbotbuilder.ai team was in fact not the real creators of this platform.

The company who developed this platform and still roll out continuous updates is ChatRace.

The cost of white labelling is around 80% cheaper when you do it directly via ChatRace – now that’s a big markup!

The platform is very powerful but I feel cheated as I believed they developed everything themselves. It nearly cost me $10000s!

The platform is very powerful, lots of features and channels.

It's marketed as a "no code" tool but you still need to understand how chatbots and AI work. Just because someone gives you the tools and materials to build an house doesn't mean you can! The platform does have a learning curve!

The community is supportive albeit quite small and led by a few influencers.

The price is affordable but other bot building platforms offer a much cheaper entry price. Most accounts will rarely reach 50,000+ contacts, so don't get distracted by unlimited contacts. Focus on what you will actually be using, most platforms also allow you to delete contacts.

The inclusion of the OpenAI key (basic model only) is useful for newbies but be aware if you don't use your own keys - it's not really your AI. I'd recommend using your own keys, so that you have full ownership and transparency within your OpenAI account.

The time to create your own key is minimal and prices are very very cheap.

Worst software out there. Ive tried it for a couple of months at its not at all as good as they claim it to be. If you want a real ai bot builder try voiceflow, or botpress. Would not recommend this to anyone.

I used to be on the legacy platform and was following Kelly Noble Mirabella and stopped programming my bot for a while and then I saw her resurface on YouTube and I thought she was using AI with the legacy platform. I then realized it didn’t look the same because I was trying to follow her steps. Thats when I heard her say she left the legacy platform so I immediately jumped on board and it’s been amazing what I have been learning and CBB has sparked that fire again! I’m a student to the game and Ryan, Wendy, Kelly, Asta and the rest of the team and community are awesome game changers and they all are very supportive. I’m glad to be a witness to what is to come. CBB is taking over!
