I asked for a hair cut which didn’t even come close to what I asked .i have the worst cut . I have different strands of hair that remained uncut completely in even ? Which I fixed my self . My mother’s hair is short ,but she has pockets in her hair which are significantly shorter than the rest . Never ever going again

The appointment was rushed, the stylist didn’t wash my hair properly and it was greasy, she rushed my style. Horrible, now I have to redo the entire thing at home.

Ana was patient & professional with my daughter and gave her a beautiful cut. Super pleased and happy that we have found a great person/stylist to return to.

I got a full colour done by Madelin and she was so sweet and did an amazing job! Definitely will be going back! Beautiful place as well!

Charging full price for a blow dry for long thick hair and assigning an apprentice stylist. Did not figure out it she was an apprentice until it became clear that she was struggling to do my hair. Blowout looked like I just got back from the gym. No other stylists working that could even help or advise her. I was heading to an event. Needless to say I did not pay for the service. I felt horrible for the poor apprentice who was basically set up to fail by management.

Today was my first visit to Chatters Woodbridge, and let me tell you, I wasn’t disappointed. Antonella did a great job in doing the root touch up, cut and style.
The entire staff is very accommodating and really cared about my needs.

Madelin was very knowledgeable and she did a great job with my colour.

Ana Maria is amazing! She took the time to go through exactly what I wanted and explain the pros and cons of doing each color/toner. She meticulously cut my hair twice - once at the beginning (dry curly cut) and again after everything was done (after color). I am definitely a client for life! Thank you so much!

I had an appointment for a curly wash, cut and style. Unfortunately when I came in for my appointment, I was told that the person before me came late and my appointment would be delayed. I was concerned because I wasn't informed of the delayed beforehand, although the person who was late just came in 10 minutes before me. I spoke to the manager and explained that I would've appreciated a call about the delay since I'd have to change my plans. I understand these things happen and she was very understanding and apologetic. She was able to get me in for a wash a few minutes later and then Ana was able to take over. Ana was amazing, so friendly and cut + styles me hair exactly as I asked, while giving her expert opinion. I'm grateful that even though the experience didn't start as expected, it ended very positively. I will definitely be coming back.

I know this review is late. But, my experience at this chatters was bad. The stylist was fine, it was the service. The stylist initially quoted me 250$ for partial highlights which is extremely expensive for partial highlights.then half way through my service, the stylist said ‘you have too much hair, I have to charge you an extra 25$?!’ I was in shock because I have really thick hair and I thought 250 was expensive for partial highlights. Then adding up was almost 400$ for partial highlights. I was in shock and disappointed. I love chatters but I won’t be coming back to this location for highlights. Charging almost 400$ with the tip for partial highlights is ridiculous.

The blowout lasted a week without Fritz, which is short of a miracle for my hair! The humidity in Europe was no match!

Antonella is a magician when it comes to cutting and styling She’s amazing I highly recommend her. She’s friendly and is an expert in her field.

The stylist was excellent. personable, and I was very pleased with the outcome for a special event.
