Had a wonderful experience with Franc with a C! After moving to North Bay from Nova Scotia 6 years ago, it's been a real struggle finding a stylist who can cut thick curly hair (without ending up with a shelf at the back and not being able to wear your hair down.)
While in the area for a ringette tournament, did a walk-in for my grandaughters' hair cut. Saw a curly haired lady getting a nice cut and asked if I could be squeezed in. Franc was my stylist. Told him what I wanted, layers with( no shelf). He promised it would be the best cut I ever had. He was right! Exactly what I wanted. Beautifully layered curls, removed the bulk, very knowledgeable, professional, detail oriented, guiding me through every step. An overall great experience. Super friendly environment, fun chatting. I highly recommend Franc. I will be returning. It will be worth the drive. A great hair cut changes how we feel every day. After 6 years, Thank you!

I had a wash and blow dry with Sophia.
She was excellent as always. She takes the time to do everything so well and makes it a wonderful experience.

I went into Chatters in person to inquire about an appointment for the cut and colour 50% off deal and was told by the receptionist that Sophia would be able to do it for me for that price. I did not question it because a store employee should be knowing of these things. Plus, I had previously booked an appointment with Sophia in the same year and received a 50% discount on the colour service with a full-priced haircut. During the date of appointment, at checkout Sophia told me that she is an elite stylist so she will charge full price for both haircut and colour. It was very misleading for them to give a false quote. I am frustrated because the only reason I booked the service was because it was within my budget with that discount! I tried contacting the store by phone again after just to double check and speak to the manager but they left me on hold and did not get back. Very disappointed and displeased. Won't be returning if this is not resolved soon.

Everytime I go to chatters in Fairview mall. I always have the best experience. Emma did my hair today and did such a wonderful job! She took her time, listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job chopping my hair! Emma is one of my favourite hairstylists and she did an amazing job with my brow lamination a week before! She’s very professional and such a sweetheart. I do recommend seeing her for hairstyling, colour, or for your brows!! 10:/10. I loving going to chatters, everyone knows my name lol

Worst place ever
I had a 4:30 appointment, the procedure started by 4:50. The eyebrow tint came off in 48 hours never coming back ever again. The store rep was so rude when I asked for a developer

Mahshid Was amazing with the haircutting and also root colours beside her Servis. She was so kind and make me comfortable during the time that I was there.!!!

Stylist Emma helped with hait cut and color. she is experienced and advised me the right color to match my personality. She was extremely patient and stayed calm even beyond her shift hours as it took little bit to get it dry and done. I appreciate her help and recommend her for your styling. Thanks Emma😇

Did not get the outcome after spending $500 on hair colour (base+highlight), haircut

Sofia always work her magic! Her passion and attention to detail show in the way she meticulously styles my hair every time which makes me feel confident and happy every time I l step out the salon!
I highly recommend her!

judging by the lack of antibacterial preventative measures (which i had to ask for at least after the session)
at least clean the skin before and put something soothing and antibacterial after
awful
basic antiseptic treatment should be taught
