The stylist was 15 min late. She cut my hair as I wanted and put some curls at the ends of my hair-which was nice. I didn't like how she was pulling on my hair with the dryer and when washing it, water was splashed on my face. This did not feel like a Chatters haircut. I wasn't satisfied considering the price I pay for a Chatters haircut. The stylist was friendly and courteous.

Today I was in with my daughter who is 8 and abit anxious in new environments. We arrived early hoping to be seen early and just get to know the environment. Troy was able to see us 25 minutes earlier then our appointment and really allowed my daughter to take the lead in the appointment. We left with products to help ease the discomfort of tangles and its been 6 hours and she keeps looking in the mirror just smiling at her hair cut.

Isabelle did an amazing job today with my hair. She always goes one extra step to please her customers. I will definitely come back to do my hair as her work is exceptional! Chatters is a well known hair salon and I love their services!

Hair stylist was very friendly (her name is Anneta), and said she learned a more traditional approach to a hair appointment which involves more head massage and care of the customer. She incorporated that into the appointment. I was thankful for that. Extremely kind and did a great job with my hair.
The store itself in front was very clean - could be a bit cleaner in back where they cut hair. Other than that it was my first visit and I was not disappointed.

My stylist was simply fantastic in every way. The woman at the front desk was very helpful
and professional in assisting my purchase of new hair care. I will make Chatters at Mapleview my only hair care destination!

Kierstyn is amazing at blonding!!! She’s also super sweet! She made my blonde dreams come true!! The atmosphere in there is great everyone is so nice and welcoming, gonna be recommending this place for sure 😊

Iram was wonderful and asked if I was ok with her idea, the length and the style. She checked with me multiple times even during the process. My daughter got a beautiful haircut from Iram.

Iram was a total sweetheart and the conversation was easy. She gave me a great cut and put a lot of time and effort into blow drying and styling my hair which was so nice and made me feel pampered!

Kierstyn is the BEST stylist i have EVER went to. She truly focuses on every aspect of your hair and takes the time to perfect it.

I will give 5 stats to Chatters and I really appreciate that the lovely lady gave me 50% off discount because I will donate my hair. Thank her so much.

But I will give only one star to Aneta, I’m not happy with the haircut she did for me yesterday. I was struggling whether I should complain, but this morning after I washed my hair, I looked at my uneven haircut then I decided to say something. Yesterday she try to blow dry my hair and tried to finish the job after ONLY 20min cut( I watched the time) and I said to her the front hair was not even, she even didn’t check carefully, and said it’s because of the curve and I insisted ask her to cut my right side, it’s so obvious not even. And she was rushed to try to finish the job again, and I requested her to cut some layers since I have such thick hair, after I requested TWICE, and she finally did something. During the past I watched couple hairdressers how do they make some layers on my hair, I’m not expert but I do can tell Aneta definitely didn’t do a good job. At the end i kind of lost my patience and just want to leave. She is the hairdresser, she should know how to do a decent job not constantly ask me what I want. Another reason that I want to end the haircut is she kept “fixing” and making my hair is shorter and shorter, it’s definitely shorter then she showed my at the beginning before she cut.

I will come back to chatters in the future but definitely NOT with her. Thanks
