Cheapcigarettes Reviews

Complete FRAUD!!! Never ever order at this site. You will never receive your order and never get any reply to inquiries. All money lost. FRAUD!!!!

Stay away from this mob. Their product is none genuine and are hand made. I purchased the Bonjour carton thinking that it's original and will come in a proper sealed packaging. Boy was I wrong. They were put in some hand made packets and the taste is awful. When tried to ask the question, I was ignored. I am currently going through the dispute process with my bank. Buyers be aware, the descriptions are misleading on the website!!

Their cigarettes have disgusting taste and come with water damage. They look like their very bad tobacco injected into venti tubes, They even ship them to you in Venti boxes.

Their RYO tobacco is the worst tobacco I have ever tried. Shipped in freezer bags wet and in a few days you will get mould on it In a week or so the mould will cover all of it.

They pretend to be dumb when you ask for refund or just tell you they will block your email.

I am trying to get this whole scam business down reporting to a few different Authorities and get these so called "businessmen" personally responsible for what they are doing, If you got scammed by them please report them to ACORN, ACCC and an office of fair trading, You can also ask you bank to investigate so they can return your payment back to you account, I am sure with at least three government authorities involved I can get them down but more of their customers join this effort the faster they will be caught and held responsible.

Fake and unsmokable tobacco, refused to refund.

I am making complaint against this company and as I advised other buyer with same issue since 2017 can get refund as well.

131882 this is the number you should call for making complaints if you bought obacco and have a same issue,

I will share more details and happy to help you all

An absolute disgrace charging for chop chop tobacco and selling it under the DRUM brand. I think this may be illegal and committing fraud when clearly the tobacco is absolute rubbish- full of stalks, birds eyes, small gravel, bits of plastic and even mold in some thawed batches. A company would not even think about producing rubbish like this under their trademark brand. It does taste like hay/chaff is odorless and down right disgusting. It is sold in 100 gram lots in clear plastic bags without health warnings and Express posted from Melbourne but you wait up to 2 weeks to get it 600 kilometers away. A google search reveals that the seller has been in court before for selling tobacco without the appropriate health warnings and the like. A VERY ILLEGAL OPERATION THAT IS SELLING CHOP CHOP AND NOT OFFERING A REFUND THAT IS MANDATORY WHEN PURCHASING GOODS.

My order came from Melbourne to Brisbane within 3 days. I purchased 2 cartons of their cheapest cigarettes, Classic @ $50 per 100 cigs and 300 grams of the cheapest tobacco, Golden Virginia @ $50 per 100 grams. Yes - you do get what you pay for. The cigarettes were disgusting and tasted and smelt like chaff/hay. I couldn't give them away and I really did try. The tobacco was an acceptable smoking quality but It was still damp and would get mouldy if not aired out daily. The packaging was freezer bags for the tobacco and tube boxes for the cigarettes. I wish I had of paid the $7 extra per 100 grams and tried the Drum tobacco. I may do that yet.

Sent many emails to company as I waited over a week after they said they had sent them. They NEVER respond to any emails or explain why it is taking so long. Past experience is soaked tobacco wrapped in plastic that takes days for it to dry out. If you order gold rolling tobacco you get dark brown almost black with what looks like course cut pipe tobacco. You pay money for something swept off a floor.

wet rolling tobacco which is un-smokable , you have to dry it yourself , its in a freezer bag not a green pouch. cigarettes are homemade and taste like there is something in it thats not tobacco, not packaged. A RIP-OFF. It took me years to finally order after visiting the site occasionally. Waste of $200!!!!!! You have been warned. This can not be legal as they are not in retail packs with warnings.

Its now been 10 days since i placed the order for 4 cartons cigarettes.I live in Melbourne as well as the seller. As listed on their website delivery 1-3 days. Recieved no tracking number and no smokes. SCAM!! DO NOT BUY FROM HIM. cheapcigarettes.com.au

NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE. BESIDE LENGTHY DELAYS IN POST FROM MELBOURNE TO ADELAIDE TAKING SOMETIMES UP TO 19 DAYS, LOST PACKAGES AND WRONG TRACKING NUMBERS, THEY RARELY RESPOND TO EMAIL INQUIRIES. I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH ACCC AND CONSUMER AND BUSINESS AFFAIRS AND AM NOW TRYING TO GET A REFUND.

Scam

The owner of this organisation is not reliable, there is no adress to be found anywhere, but he operates from his restaurant.

We bought 4 100packs of smokes to try, it had taken 3 weeks before the package arrived, though the website says the warehouse is in Melbourne. then i tried to smoke one, it seemed to be unsmokable chop. did not even burn. When we confronted him with this he just said you got what you payed for.

Don't fall for this scam!
