I really appreciate for all good service and also Cheaper Forex by being loyal. I bought the indicator but it couldn't be as good. I reported it the same day,service provider helped me refund my money back.

I bought gold hedging scalper and it did not work and when I send e mail to customer service ask for support simply they answer ( you need a compatible broker) , and when I ask them which broker they recommend, no one answered, and I keep asking them about the suitable broker still no one answered, really I am disappointed

I had my doubts at first, but I decided to give it a try and ended up buying several EAs… all of them work perfectly with genuine MQL5 activation, no tricks or issues. The best part? I didn’t even install one of them and asked for a refund — they processed it quickly, no questions asked. Way faster than expected. Installation was smooth, and when I had a question, they replied almost instantly on Telegram. Honestly impressed (in a good way). This is how it should be done.

July 13 - Reached out to CheaperForex.com customer service with Order Number screenshot.
Jul 17 - Customer Service said they could not locate my order and offered a full refund via USDT or version 6.0 QE EA.
Jul 18 - The latest version is 6.2, but customer service only offers 6.0. Requested a full refund; customer service has been silent since then.
Aug 1 - Customer Service does not agree to proceed with the refund and mentioned that the price we paid at that time does not include a newer version EA upgrade, which is not true. This is clearly a wrong statement where the price we paid on the website includes a future version upgrade, but they did not honor their words. The customer service suddenly found my order and mentioned the price I paid before they increased the price from $29 to $200+, we still asked to have version 6.2 despite the latest version 6.5 being available.
Aug 3 - Customer Service deleted all the messages from the Telegram and blocked me on Telegram from contacting them.

This website sells cracked EA, which can be found on the other channel for free; the customer service flips their words as to their preference. One bit shy twice, avoid this website at all costs.

Added after CheaperForex.com reply on Aug 3: I have kept the conversations before the customer service deleted all the conversations in fear that I have the conversation evidence. Telegram customer service and the reply on TrustPilot are trying to put all the blame on the customer. Beware if you are engaging with them (looking at how they reply to negative comments would make good judgment on how reliable the Customer Service attitude is), as you will not get your claim back when anything goes wrong with your order or transaction. Any financial losses are at the customer's own risk, so think twice before placing your order.

Dont ever trust with this scam site. Only selling free ea and some pay not send ea after send money. Yea every comment is fake. One person with lot account to bring opini. Scam
