I ordered what I needed, was a little concerned about the time it took to dispatch as there wasn't a lot of communication in between nor a confirmed delivery date. But it arrived in time and my daughter got the WBD costume she wanted.

Required light neutral colours for the off cuts. Customer service was great. Email communication was spot on with saying take a little longer as not got colours I needed at the time of order. Received perfect colours and the sizes of the off cuts were great a week later.

Lovely fabric x 9 fabrics - mostly. Quickly address 2 issues. Great service, great price.

I’ve been ordering from Cheap Fabrics for quite a while now and they consistently have some of the best fabrics at great prices. The quality is always spot on, which is why I keep coming back.

Recently, I had an order go missing and it was a large, expensive order, so understandably stressful. Nick was absolutely brilliant, he went above and beyond by chasing Parcelforce on my behalf and making sure a refund was reinstated quickly. The customer service was outstanding and handled with real care and professionalism.

I honestly couldn’t thank them enough. It’s rare to find a company that not only delivers great products but also genuinely looks after their customers when things go wrong. Highly recommend and will continue ordering with confidence.

"forgot password" doesn't work and so many "out of stock" fabrics. There is no search with remove o/o/s items, makes you go through all the fabrics.

I don't usually write a review, but have had excellent service from cheapfabrics. Good advice, excellent product and next day delivery.

BEWARE!!! This company just straight up stole my money.
I got my order confirmation and thought everything was in order. First, I waited for almost a month before I reached out, and had to change my plans and get replacements for what I need. Even so, I stated that I was still willing to get my order.

First email i sent, i got no answer. Second email I got a reply and an apology, promising to look up what could have happened and get back to me at the end of the day, and claiming they never got my first email.

Okay, sure. I write and thank them, then nothing again. I give it more time, and then write a 3rd time. No answer. All emails are in my "sent" folder, so no issues on my end, and I have checked my spamfolders and things just in case. Nothing. It has now been almost 3 months. I had really been looking forward to this particular fabric and making the dress I was going to make with it, and have already bought trims and other things with this in mind, that I now have no use for. I understand that there can be mixups, but there is no excuse for not replying when they obviously have seen at least one email. And keeping my money to boot.
Sadly, I would stay clear of this company.

I bought organza from this company and after dying it the structure was completely ruined. I decided that it was my own fault for dying it and purchased some more. As a test I sprayed cold water onto a small sample. It completely ruined the structure again. I believe that they must be spraying it with starch which is misleading as the structure of organza should bounce back once dry. It is cheap for a reason. They also cherry pick their reviews on their site.

Scam, please stay away from this company.
I ordered fabric from this company and there was hole down both side and not small hole either and it was fraying. I sent an email to the company with the evidence. Then got a call from them where a girl just shouted at me wouldn't let me speak at all said the photos were to big for her computer, even though I took them with my phone, then told me I didn't order it from them.
This company is scamming people please STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY.
