CheapNewYorkLLC.com Reviews

I have been working with my accountant to set up my LLC. He only succeeded in acquiring my EIN; he could not complete the process, did not understand my needs, and we went back and forth for 2 years to complete the process. Then I found Steve. He did everything I needed in less than 2 days! My LLC is ready to go and I am in business. The process is fast, he is very responsive and answers all your questions clearly and patiently. I highly recommend.

Steve is a fantastic resource and is extremely knowledgable! I learned a lot by working with Steve and when the time comes for me to do my publication in NY I will certainly be hiring this company. I really appreciate the time and attention my case was given.

I was a little skeptical when first introduced to cheap new york LLC, but spoke with Steve on the phone, he was very knowledgeable about their services and I did a research of the company, they have been in business since 2005. Still a little nervous providing all those personal informations that could easily lead to someone stolen your identity. Nothing of that sort, In Fact, they did everything so well, so fast, so efficient, making the process extremely easy. I strongly recommend their service to anyone looking to set up a new business.

Today I had an excellent experience with CheapNewYorkLLC. They helped me open my LLC and took care of the required newspaper publications. I am very impressed with their efficiency and professionalism, and I would undoubtedly recommend this company to anyone looking to open an LLC.

Super fast! I love how quickly they responded my questions. Other places tend to be slow with responses and it can be hard to reach them. I shopped around to see the best deal and I have to say this place does offer the best deal so far:)

I was presently surprised in the quick professional service received by Steve & Team. I am not going to lie NY skeptic in me was a little worried because I am not from the area never dealt with this company before. BUT I literally got my LLC the next day!

From the start, we were so impressed by Steve and his team at CheapNewYork LLC. The establishment of a new company is a large and daunting task, and Steve made it straight forward, clear, and concise. He was a great communicator and always responded to our questions and requests for additional help-- all of which is especially crucial in the first 4-6 months of a new business getting underway. They made the process very quick and easy and provided same day delivery as promised.

Got my LLC up and running within 3 hours. Communication was great and the process was super easy. I highly recommend

I always do everything myself but I live in Nassau County and the publishing fees through the required papers would have been several thousand dollars alone plus everything else required. I found cheapnewyorkllc.com and decided to go that way instead. Everything was done perfectly and quickly. I then had revisions to the business and Steve took care of them all. Everything I asked they took care of including adding a dba. I am now starting a second business and this is the only place to go. Thank you.

Excellent Service!!! Quick turn Around! Definitely a fan and happy customer!
