good price, haven't parked yet
They ask you to review before you park, so all I can say is the price is good! It would be helpful if they would list the hotel address with each hotel. That helps if you are staying at the hotel prior to departure. With several Holiday Inns on the list, I wasn't sure I was picking the right one. Address wasn't given until after I paid.

JFK Radisson does not answer the phone to be picked up.
The price for the car was acceptable, but the pick up process from the airport was horrible. I called the Radisson hotel number for 20 minutes and no one picked up the phone. At least one other customer had the same experience. I finally walked outside to get a cab, and there was shuttle waiting, but there were so many people waiting, a few of us, had to wait for a second shuttle. Because there was no way to call the hotel, we did not know when a second shuttle would come.
When I arrived at the hotel, there was a long line of people to check in, and apparently the staff did not think it a priority to pick up the phone.

We do apologize for the wait that you had to experience. JFK is a very busy location and the shuttle drivers do try to pick up and drop off in a timely manner however sometimes it is longer than expected. We do hope that if you park there again that you have a better experience. I will speak with the Manager of the hotel about the front desk clerks not answering the phone and hopefully he will take further actions. We appreciate your feedback so we can try to improve our service. Thank you.
Great place to park near Atlanta Airport
The parking place found for me by cheapparkfly.com was very cheap. Easy to find. My car was safe and ready to go when I returned. The shuttle was timelyand the driver was very helpful and friendly

Could not have been better!
We parked at one of the hotels very nearby Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. The price was amazingly low, and the hotel had a well-lit fenced lot. I dropped my bags and my wife at the front door, parked the car and came back only minutes before the shuttle arrived. The shuttle took no more than 10 minutes to get us to our airline's drop-off point. Coming back, we waited less than 10 minutes for the shuttle. I left my wife and our bags just inside the entrance, went off to get the car, came back and picked her and the bags up and we were on our way. I will definitely use this service when I fly out of Atlanta in the future.

Easy to Use Site
While I will not know the whole story until after my reserved parking has occurred, the price is right and the ease of using the site is commendable. I have a suspicion of being duped on the web, so I called the chosen hotel directly before reserving and the desk clerk assured me of their participation in the airport parking program.

Bus from Radisson is timely and quick. Friendly people both at the front desk and the bus drivers. Plenty of parking under lights. No problems at any time.

Exactly what I was looking for
Perfect. Saved money. Easy to register. After I paid, they just sent me confirmation email and I printed it. The Mariott hotel shuttle services was perfect (every 30 minutes). This is my second time to use this web site. After my second trip, I will definitely use Cheapparkfly again.
