My longterm review.

I had initially given a 5star now reducing down to lowest. I lost access to my game account for Cricket 26 after 14days and they did not help at all with the query on whatsapp.

EDIT: response to this claim from seller who is losing his mind on whatsapp and panick texting saying my review is FAKE and threatening me with a 'fake' legal defamation case (ironical)...i was waiting for there response during their official hours and nothing came from them, as per their own claim on whatsapp and website, "all the replies" are always given in the said hours so why should i follow up continuously. This had happened with the initial whatsapp dialogue during the purchase time too, they kept pestering for buying instantly and they happily took the money outside their hours but ghosted me for a whole day on delivery and it was only given late the next day after few followups. There is a lack of transparency in general and the review is based on customer experience itself. Not even looking for refund as i bought the game from the official channels now.

Hello Arpit,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’d like to clarify the situation for transparency.

You contacted us outside our clearly mentioned support hours, and during that time our automated message informed you that responses would be provided during working hours. Unfortunately, we did not receive any follow-up message from you within our support window regarding this issue.

Additionally, access issues related to Microsoft / game account verification are controlled by the platform itself and are not something any third-party seller can directly override, though we always assist customers wherever possible once they contact us during support hours.

We request you to please reach out to us again during our official support timings with the required details so we can assist you properly.

We are committed to fair service and transparent communication.
