Did not like the product- it made my hair brittle. Directions on each bottle incorrect. All of the product in my bundle stated that the product must be rinsed out (including the leave in conditioner). I had to go online to find out how to use product. Received another box because apparently, I signed up for a subscription. Emailed customer to get return directions (because I want a refund and am not sending it back without proof that I returned). They have not responded and now I fear they never will. Don’t order from this company! I don’t think they are who they say they are. It’s a scam!

I ordered some products. I did not receive all of my order and I received an incorrect item. I emailed Cheabeauty Cheabeauty 6 times and I have not received a reply nor a response to correcting this issue.BEWARE if you order from this company!!!!!!!!

Do not purchase anything from this company. They told me that they would issue me a refund but I have not received it. They are not responding to my multiple emails and they are now constantly trying to charge my card for a “subscription” that I did not sign up for. Beware!

I purchased a bundle from Chebeauty and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Some of the products were okay, but others smelled very bad and seemed low quality. On top of that, a brush that was supposed to be included in the bundle was missing from my order. I contacted customer service multiple times regarding the missing item and never received a response. Very frustrating experience overall, especially considering the price of the bundle. I expected much better quality control and customer support.

I am another person who purchased a bundle from Chebeauty on Wednesday, April 29th, 2026 and on Friday May 1st, I only got half of the eight items I was supposed to get as per the ad that they are advertising on Facebook which is five products plus three free items. In that, I am missing two paid items and two free items. I've tried to reach them in every way by email, Facebook, messenger and by the none working number that they have on their website in which never rang not once from last week Friday to now, four days later and it's true according to another poster on here that when you place an order they sign you up for a reoccurring charge. Except that they won't be getting me because I already took care of that part. They won't scam me. Also, if I don't get my items asap I will be getting my money back too. So they better not think that they could play with me.

After seeing this product online for months I took the leap and purchased their bundle.
Their order came timely and i was excited.
However, when the package arrived, there were missing and duplicate items. I attempted to contact them by using the only communication method available, chat with no response.

The sad part is that once you order, you have been entered in a subscription plan. This was never my intention at $59.00 a pop. Beware. . .

However, when the package arrived, there were missing and duplicate items. I attempted to contact them by using the only communication method available, chat with Jasmine from Chebeauty. It has been 15 min and not so much of an acknowledgement that my message was received.
UPDATE: It's been a week. I never received a response from the chat with Jasmine. Approximately 30 minutes later I sent an email about my issue. I finally received a response 5 days later telling me they received my email and will look into it.
I still have no resolution or an ETA on it.
