I paid Check property Co. £51. 80 on 22nd of July 2026 for a property title , i was to receive the title within
24 hours. To date I have received nothing.

I can only conclude this Company is in business to scam people.

They are a scam and will charge you £51.90 for a document advertised as £6.90. MORE IMPORTANTLY they set up a subscription in the background and can take more money out of your account at a later date. If you have already used this 'service' let your bank know immediately and they can block any future payments to their account.

These people are scammers. Do not use them. My father Googled Land Registry and this company was listed above the official UK Gov Land Registry site. It stated that they are the ‘Official Land Registry UK’ site which they very much are not. He made 2 payments of £50 for 2 documents a week ago and not received anything other than confirmation of payment. These scammers should be shut down as they are taking big money and not providing a service. Shame on Google and UK Gov also for not addressing this as the official UK Gov site should be the top search to avoid people being mistaken.

this is a scam wish i had seen this before i paid,like people say you get charged £51.80 when it said £6.90 they dont answer and you get next to no information, just the persons name,no mortgage details nothing about half a page worth of information. why are these sites allowed, they dont answer the contact me page comes up with an error.

I ordered a property title deed on this website and clicked a button agreeing to pay £6.90, then received a credit card payment of £51.80. £44.90 spurious extra charges had been added behind a checkbox on the credit card details page, which I did not scroll down and see in time. My bank's fraud team has explained to me that this is a common scam and they cannot stop the payment. Be warned, you can get these documents for £6.90 on the genuine gov.co.uk website

After going "all round the wrekin", I eventually landed on this site so that I could pay for my deeds. Unfortunately, I think I have been scammed. The money, £51.80 went out of my bank today but although it says, Check Property co uk it says Spain after it......I have tried to contact them but not even had an acknowledgement from them.

I am really sick of these people they appear at top as it is a genuine site. But lots of money to download the document. When I download it was showing big signs of +%#>amaazn etc which made me worried they might be scammers. As filling bank card details on their site might not be safe. Don’t know where I can report this site.

Absolute scam price of search is hidden at bottom of page paid £51.80 for search that costs £7 on the official land registry. Tried to cancel but the contact page does not work gives captcha error emailed customer service to no avail avoid this company
