We need to report this to the Gardai
We all need to go down to the Gardai station and report this site. The revenue told me that we got a refund but imagine 29% plus Vat. They never put in the website about they’re charging that huge amount. Scambug getting easy money from us who’s working hard. Cursing this bloody site get accident an. Shame on you

Additionally, as part of the application process, you were required to tick a box to confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms and Conditions, where our fees are also explicitly outlined.
We can also confirm that you would have received a welcome email upon completing your application. This email included all your signed documents as well as a copy of our Terms and Conditions for your reference.
We stand by that our fees are very clear.
In order to locate your account so we can see if you are a client and we have payment to ensure payment has been made then please provide us with the relevant information.

I remember opting out then get a email to say they’ve received my tax and taken 29% they said send bank details through secure link never sent me secure link tryed ring there not available for the months of January and February never heard the like of it and wouldn’t mind I told them in November they were sending me emails saying 6 days and all even doe I opted out 2 months later not answering calls for two months is madness just as well I’m always in howth il have to pay them a visit and trust me i won’t be leaving empty handed either

Important Information
In these sections, it clearly explains that we update your bank details to our account to receive the payment. This process is outlined in the application and within our Terms and Conditions.
Additionally, under the Important Information section, we explain that we check your Revenue account annually. This is a process that is communicated to all clients.
Furthermore, if we have received payment on your behalf, after deducting our fee, you would have received another email confirming that we will check your Revenue account in January. If eligible, the claim would be submitted. Should this apply to you, you would also have received the relevant emails, and had the opportunity to inform us if you did not wish for us to proceed, at which point we would have removed our authority as requested by many of our clients.
To allow us to locate your account and investigate further, please provide your full name, email address, phone number, and reference number.

I wish I can give no stars . These people need to be dealt with.
I got an email to say they havent taken anything but I have already given notice not to access my pay from revenue.
but my wife gets an email to say they have claimed my tax.
Both of us have opted out of them. Still trying to get rid of them for over a year.
the same person responds everyone, i guess SHARON GALLAGHER, but i think this is not even a real person at this stage.
Im gonna write a review everyday until they respond to my email and my wife and remove us from their database

Through the contact number provided on the website, I’ve emailed multiple times and still no reply. I spoke with a agent on the 6th of December when my claim was successfully and she said it would be sorted ASAP and now they are blanking me; quick enough to take my money and make €800 of me but not quick enough to help terrible service definitely wouldn’t recommend

Sent my application in late September, the only correspondence I've had with the company was the first week in November, I've asked for an update but no reply, not the quick process (as advertised) at all, will definitely be changing tax agents
