I bought an Instant Elite account with no consistency rule, just to find out that you are only eligible for a payout after making 5% profit, and you can only withdraw profit after the 5%. This is nothing else but a one step program falsely advertised as a One Step. Rather use any other prop firm than this one.

# Disappointing experience – conflicting information from support

My experience with TigerFunded has been extremely frustrating, and it has seriously damaged my trust in the company.

Before purchasing, I specifically asked support about the rules for the two free bonus accounts. I received written confirmation that the 15% consistency rule applied only during the funded phase. After purchasing, another support representative told me that the rule also applied during both Challenge Phases.

I also asked clearly about the rules that applied during the challenge and was told that I only needed to follow the margin and risk rules. However, my account was later breached after a single XAUUSD trade idea exceeded a 2% combined-loss limit. The breach notice showed a loss of $535.40 against a limit of $501.23.

When I questioned the conflicting information, support referred me to the FAQ instead of properly addressing why I had received different answers after explicitly asking for clarification before purchasing.

The problem is not simply that the company has rules. It is that I contacted support specifically to understand those rules before paying, and the answers I received did not give me a clear understanding of the conditions I would be subject to.

I also experienced confusion regarding trailing drawdown and had difficulty getting timely, clear assistance with the trading platform.

After raising my concerns in the company's Discord, I was banned. This added to an already disappointing experience.

I have screenshots documenting my conversations with support, including the original written confirmation regarding the consistency rule.

**My recommendation:** Make sure every rule is explicitly confirmed in writing before purchasing, including consistency requirements, trade-risk limits, drawdown calculations, and whether each rule applies during the challenge or only after funding.

I hope TigerFunded improves the clarity and consistency of its communication. Based on my personal experience, I would not purchase again.
