After 12 days went online to find out when orders would be delivered. Placed 2 orders with two separate order confirmation numbers, one for each account for myself and husband. Outraged to be told by "customer service" person that because I placed two separate orders on the same day their system automatically cancelled both assuming they were duplicate orders!!! Did they send any sort of email or message to inform me of this, no of course not. Shabby business to be sure, do not use these jokers.

I ordered and paid extra for faster shipping, and to be able to track them. I received written notification that they shipped them 4 days after I ordered them and gave me a tracking number. The tracking number did not work. I called them and they said it will take a while to be able to track them. Finally tonight I checked again. 3 days after the said they shipped them, the tracking said they received them at the post office to this afternoon. (3 days after it said they were shipped).Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before I ordered them. After reading them and experienced the same results as others, I will not order or recommend them again

I ordered personal checks and business checks. They had a difficult time verifying my business address, I uploaded required information then called them and very rude. I told them to cancel my business order. They cancelled both orders!!! Now they have a lot of my sensitive information. I don't think it's a legit company

These are probably the worst checks I have ever purchased. The problem is with the perforating and binding; poor-quality work results in checks frequently tearing when trying to remove them from the checkbook. It is a hassle every single time!

Checks.com is cheap, but you get what you pay for. They have a tendency to change or cancel orders with absolutely NO notification. When you call customer service to resolve the issue, there are no apologies, just

This is a terrible online check business. I ordered checks on 06/27/2026 and got an email stating they were shipped on 07/07/2026 and as of 07/20/2026 they have not showed up. I called their "customer" service number and was on hold for 33 minutes and someone picked up the line and instantly hung up. I will contest with my credit card company. Don't waste your time and money with this company. There are too many credible options available.

I would NOT order from this company ever. I ordered checks for 2 different accounts online. After a month, I realized they never showed up. I called them to find out why and they said something went wrong with their verification process. I asked why no one notified me and the guy said, "I have no idea". Great customer service!! There are PLENTY of other, better companies out there!!

For Checks.com, affiliated with BuyCheapChaecks.com beware if you need to contact them with an issue. I've ordered from them a few times with no issue, but when you do have on like I did they will NOT respond. You are stuck. Would recommend going to another service

11 days to print plus 11 days to ship. 11 days to respond to email. Price and product was great.

Customer service is a joke and very rude. I have been waiting on checks for a month. Finally ordered from another distributor and have already received them. This was the first time I used them and it will be the last. Worthless company. Don’t buy checks from them if you want to wait a month!lord knows when they will ship them out.

After paying for expedited shipping which promised 4-6 day delivery time, I finally requested a refund after 8 days. Three weeks later they emailed me to say that they could not issue a refund through my email message and that I would have to call their customer service department but would not provide a phone number.

Ordered checks on 4/27/26 it is now 5/26/26 and still do not have checks. I called in early May and was told that they had a major printing issue and that my order was still waiting to print. I called again on 5/15 and was on hold for over 20 minutes before a Patty picked up and said they were mailed yesterday (5/14/26),still no checks on 5/26/26.

It's been 3 weeks I called and they said it's in printing.

Ordered checks 3 weeks ago, per their website I should have them in 7-11 business days. I called a week ago but the person I spoke with didn’t bother to make any notes on my order. Two boxes of personal checks evidently takes more than 15 business days to produce, at least since they are still “in printing” waited on the phone for over 15 minutes, but luckily a “manager “ answered my call. Barely offered an apology.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I'm old. Not into ordering online. Had several questions, but all the customer service person could tell me was that they were an online company only. So I told her that she could just stay on the phone with me while I did the order. She couldn't do that either. She was rude for someone paying her salary by trying to order so I hung up on her. I finally got the order sent with no help from her.

I paid for Standard Trackable shipping but the tracking number provided did not work. I then reached out to customer service via the email provided to get a tracking number. I never did get an answer. Five days later my checks arrived in the mail. No customer service at all.

Ordered checks told I would not get them unless I provided more info. So I go to my bank and order through another company. A week later they charge me and send them. Very deceptive, If you say the transaction can’t happen unless I send more info, how can you come back later and process with no additional info?

Customer service is awful. When you call the number they play recorded advertisements at you for 15-30min before you can speak to someone.

All the pricing of shipping and handling was posted upfront during checkout. I did not pay for expedited shipping and added some features on the check like "Don't let the old man in" and pic of a car similar to mine. My credit union was over twice the cost without the additions. I received them today they are perfect and the shipping was quick.

They are very deceptive about their pricing. After you fill out all your information then they add on a handling fee that they do not mention until the end. Don't put up with that people - don't let them get away with it - but somewhere else from a more ethical company!
