Cheerful Soles Reviews

I've phoned them up twice now and both times they have been very helpful and friendly. I needed to exchange some footwear and the service was perfect.
Many thanks

Fantastic friendly and efficient service. Ordered by phone , and shoes arrived within 48 hours and are just what I’ve been looking for. PERFECT 😍 THANKS ☺️

This is my third pair of Joya shoes and second pair from Cheerful Soles. The fit, comfort and appearance are great. I phoned the company following a slight delay after ordering and they knew my name and explained there had been a slip-up at the warehouse. They offered free next-day Royal Mail delivery and they arrived 24 hours after my call, excellent customer service.

Ordered shoes but not perfect fit for me which was a shame as really liked shoes and price
Returned no problem and received refund very quickly. Great customer service
Highly recommend. Bill.

Thank you very much Cheerful soles my wife is overwhelmed with her first purchase from you. She has purchased JOYA sandals from you and they are fantastic. My wife suffers with arthritis aswell as plantar faciliatus so earlier in the year bought JOYA SHOES from Shuropody which were really brilliant . The shoes certainly helped her immensely so to get sandals she was over the moon. Ordered on the 26th December and received today 3rd January brilliant. Thank you once again Cheerful soles.

Bought a pair of men’s Waldlaufer Helgo shoes — wide fit and very comfortable. This is the third pair of shoes I’ve bought from Cheerful Soles and never had a problem.Great service.

Brilliant service; Joya are a quality shoe. So comfortable

The combination of a website and really friendly and efficient folk at the end of a telephone line is a dream. One slight niggle - your returns policy makes it more expensive to order the same shoes in different sizes at the same time.

Simple, great service

Quick, helpful service. My Joya slippers are very comfortable.

On my third pair of Joya shoes now in as many months from Cheerful Soles.
Prompt delivery and everything as advertised, couldn’t be happier.
Looking forward to my next purchase,
Billy.

Comfortable Shoes
A doctor friend recommended these shoes when I complain of pain from regular shoes. I got my first pair last year and they were amazingly comfortable, I had to get two more. Though they are a little bit on the high side in cost, they are worth it.

Thanks

Great service, and quality of products

Well packaged, prompt delivery. Good bargain on price

So friendly and helpful, any questions answered, nothing too much trouble. Shoes arrive quickly and packaged appropriately. I have bought from them before and see no reason not to do so again. Very trustworthy.

Easy to order and arrived sooner than expected. Took a couple of days to learn to walk properly again but now they are so comfortable. My big toe no longer hurts when walking and neither does my back. Great shoes. Would recommend both supplier and shoes

Thank you, for your help over the phone.
