I was asked/pressured to leave a positive review before I had even travelled, so I want to update my review now based on what actually happened.
When I arrived at the airport, I discovered that my name had been entered incorrectly on the ticket. It is possible that this was a mistake on my side, and I was advised to contact Cheers Travel, as the travel agent, to get the issue corrected.
Unfortunately, the support I received from Cheers Travel was extremely disappointing. Instead of helping me resolve an urgent issue at the airport, I felt that I was being ignored and repeatedly passed off. On one occasion, the phone was even hung up while I was trying to get assistance.
The situation was particularly stressful because I was travelling with my wife and our 1-year-old child. At that point, we were at the airport with a ticket/name issue that needed to be resolved urgently. Thankfully, the airline staff were extremely helpful and did their best to resolve the problem for us.
What concerns me most is that Cheers Travel did not appear to make any genuine effort to help us when we needed them. If the airline had not assisted us, my wife and 1-year-old could potentially have been left in a very difficult situation.
I understand that mistakes can happen, including mistakes with passenger names. What I expected from a travel agent was support and assistance in resolving the problem. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
I am posting this review because I believe reviews should reflect the actual customer experience, rather than a positive review being requested before the customer has even travelled.
Based on my experience, I do not recommend Cheers Travel to anyone, particularly families who may need reliable support when travelling.

Exceptional Support During a Difficult Travel Disruption
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Leo, who assisted us during an extremely stressful situation following our flight cancellation by another company.
Leo was exceptionally kind, calm and reassuring throughout the process. He responded promptly, explained our options clearly, and helped us secure new tickets so that we could finally get home. After such a difficult and upsetting experience with the cancellation, his professionalism and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference.
