Book reservation with john
I spoke with John and he was really nice and helpful. I had to book the same flight of my boyfriend but it had been declined online so he helped me to book a second time, also ticking the same options that I chose in the first reservation, such as the meal’s type, without me asking for it!! Thank you for helping me to book the flight!

Another scam flight website with…
Another scam flight website with multiple fake reviews from India.
I repeat- the reviews are FAKE. They advertise prices for tickets that are not available. All of the reviews are written by fake accounts and refer to fake staff.

Incompetent customer service
Incompetent customer service, purchased a flexible ticket for a "free" flight change which costs the same to re-book the exact same flight myself. Stay away.

Dear Jasper,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the flight-change terms associated with your booking.
We would, however, like to kindly clarify that the Flexible Fare features, along with the applicable terms and conditions for flight changes, were clearly displayed on our website at the time of booking. These details were also included in your booking confirmation email for your reference. By proceeding with the booking, the applicable terms and conditions were acknowledged and accepted.
While our Flexible Fare provides greater flexibility to make changes to your booking, it does not necessarily mean that every change will be completely cost-free. Any applicable fare difference or charges are subject to the specific fare conditions at the time of making the change.
We sincerely value your feedback and remain committed to maintaining transparency around our fare products and their conditions.
