I was contacted by a supposed board member Henry and he was going to work on the problem and my refund of a lousy $200. Needless to say that, that was a joke also. I am now working with an attorney because this is ridiculous that they use people that are so excited to get their books published and crash their dreams. DO NOT USE THESE FAKE SCAMMERS!!!!
This company is a fraud! They do not keep to their contracts and deadlines. Their reps do not listen to aurther edits and there is no professionalism within this company. Please don't spend your money here! There is no supervisor, there is no valid number and any number you do call sounds like the person is answering a personal phone or house phone. "Hello" no name of person or the company your calling. Crazy
