Inadequate communication and delivery
Ordered and paid for 2 vertical rads on 19/6 ,had text for delivery .5.40 pm on the 24th.no delivery arrived. Ive made three phone calls, call back promised none came .rads out of stock and im still waiting to hear about delivery.plumber booked for 26/6 was not happy

Not stating that you won’t deliver nationally before proceeding to checkout is ridiculous. I shouldn’t pay for my order and expect a 3-5 working day lead time only to be asked for an additional £150 to receive my order

However, due to the remote nature of your delivery location, we were unable to service your address using our own vehicles and had to arrange a specialist third-party courier. As soon as we identified the issue, we contacted you to explain the situation and discuss the available options. We completely understand that this was not the experience you were expecting, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We have taken your feedback on board and have since reviewed our delivery process with our logistics team. We have introduced additional arrangements to extend the coverage of our in-house delivery service into more rural and remote areas, while also ensuring customers are made aware of any location-specific delivery requirements as early as possible.
