Car was immaculate when I picked it up. Gavin was very helpful and available to answer any questions. He even went to sort out the road tax for me. I have used Chequers before and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Excellent service.

Really friendly service. Great choice of vehicles. Collected me from the station on pick up so I didn't have to navigate my way there.

I was buying my first car so was very nervous and overwhelmed with everything but Ashton put me at ease and explained everything and answered every question I had in a friendly welcoming way. There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle from them. The whole process was dealt with quickly and professionally without feeling rushed.
They even sorted my tax out for me.
Will 100% go back to them when I need a new car.

What can I say about Chequers Chobham & St Johns, well grab a cuppa, a packet of biscuits and I'll begin...

I'd been searching for a car for weeks, but just couldn't 100% commit to anything.. By the off chance and just after Christmas, I came across a little beauty and that's when my Chequers journey began. I submitted an enquiry and was contacted by James, who told me some more about the Car.. Never once did I feel pressurised, it was just an easy conversation and it was left in my hands what I wanted to do next.

I was back in touch within a few days and had my heart set on this car. Unfortunately, James was away from the Office on personal leave - but Aston gallantly stood in and took up the reigns, as though he'd been involved in the initial conversation I'd had with James - so efficient.

We got the ball rolling and soon I was on the motorway to Chobham to see the car that had had me all of a flutter.. It was well worth the just over an hour drive and we were met by Gavin, yet another knowledgeable and friendly member of the Chequers Family, who knew everything about the conversations I'd previously had with James and Aston. Its so great not having to rehash conversations when speaking to someone new, as they've taken the time to get to know everything about the customers needs. Gavin was great, courteous, and answered all of our questions, with no problems. Again, none of your usual pressurised sales talk - it was just a relaxed environment and after the test drive, the deal was sealed.

A few days later, my car was delivered to me by 2 other members of the Chequers Family, who continued the same trait of courtesy and professionalism. They came with all the paperwork and answered my questions, then handed over my keys.

I've never dealt with such professionalism across an entire workforce of a Company and this was hugely refreshing. I highly recommend Chequers Chobham to anyone who wants to be able to do just do things at their own pace, without any added pressure.

Having dealt with almost every member of staff at Chequers, I can wholeheartedly say that the service is friendly, professional and personal. I came twice to view and test drive the vehicle and each time was greeted by a friendly member of staff who took their time to discuss details with me regarding the vehicle, services they offer as well as the purchase/trade-in procedure. I never once felt like I was being pressurised and was always left to view at my leisure. I would recommend Chequers to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I was so impressed by their service that I have also signed up to their servicing plan and look forward to being able to stay local for MOT's and services. Chequers Cars were very helpful from the beginning of my car buying process until the end.
I viewed the car at their Woking branch, had the opportunity to take it out for a decent test drive without a member of staff present. I was not pressured to make a purchase.
On collecting my car a week or so later, it had been MOT'd (with advisories addressed), serviced and fully valeted.

I had an excellent experience with chequers cars. I had Chris help me get my car looked at the day I called about it making some horrible noises. After a diagnostic of my car and realising it would cost more to fix than what it's worth Chris directed me to look on their website, which I did found a car I liked and later that day test drove it. Aston helped me with the questions my dad had about the car and he let me put all my car seats in the back so I could make sure they all fit. Upon deciding to purchase the car Chris rang around to get a decent price for my old car and because I was purchasing off of them they waivered the diagnostic fee. I can't thank these guys enough they really did help me through the entire process.

Great experience buying a vehicle from Chequers Cars recently. I had shortlisted a couple of cars, unfortunately both were hundreds of miles from my home. I travelled by train to view the car having warned them that I was coming, very probably to buy. I was picked up at Woking station and taken to the garage where the car had been prepared and also just serviced. I had no problem confirming my decision to buy and after Gavin helped me tax the car with DVLA I also set up my insurance and drove home with the vehicle - a 300 mile 'test' run during which the car performed perfectly despite atrocious weather. Efficient and helpful both on the phone and in person.
