Ordered cross body bag from Cheristy. Bag never recieved after 2+ months after order. They refuse to offer refund. Suggest never ordering from this company. This product is made and shipped from China which was not obvious on their website. We learned our lesson.

The worst. They charged me $17 for a memory keychain that arrived broken, and they wanted to give me only $1 back. I said I wanted a full refund, and they responded that, as a courtesy, they would refund $3. Please don’t fall into these scams… they are taking advantage of customers.

Well never got my order, they gave me a track numbe but it's not working I pay 50.39 and I don't know if I'm going to get my money back I'm so upset.

Ordered a purse back in February. Was sent tracking numbers which showed it was in Italy, but then it never got any further. Contacted customer service and they said they would send out another one. Here it is mid April and I have received nothing. This is a scam don’t fall for it.

Awful experience. Ordered Nov 3, 2025, paid in full, tax and shipping. Tracking showed it being shipped from Italy, stuck in Italian customs, etc. Then one tracking came through from China (the real one). When I finally received my item in mid-January, I had to go pick it up at the post office. Why? They made a counterfeit label, and I had to pay postage. AGAIN.

Minus everything from customer service to response time. I purchased the dragon which I thought it would be better quality is cheap plastic I paid $14.99 and I was asking for my refund back because it is so cheap and they said they can only give me $5 back I didn't want shipping and handling I just want the original purchase price refunded I will never use this company again.

Ordered Xmas candles from Cherishty.com. Ordered in Nov. and received in Jan. The candles are inferior and poorly made. Did not look like the photos shown. I would never give as a hostess gift or etc., Embarrassing craftsman ship. I would return but seriously don’t think I would receive a refund from this company.
