Poor Business

Ordered a dress and never received the dress. They state in their shipping policy you should receive an item, if in the USA, within 15 days. It’s been over 30 days and I have received nothing. Do not order from this website.

not as seen in pictures

ordered two dresses from cherley and both of the dresses were completely different to the pictures. Asked for a refund and the return address and was told that i can have a 50% discount the next time i order and not a refund... seem like scammers and don't show real clothes that they sell.

Order not received 2.5 months later

It has been over 2.5 months since order was placed and "shipped." Have not received the package and have stopped receiving tracking updates. Cherley support representatives have not offered to help resolve the issue.

The items are shipped from China and will take at least 3 months to receive. Just go buy something else from another store.

You get what you pay for

I saw some negative feedback after I placed the order. I was nervous at first, but after receiving the clothes, I felt they were pretty good. Maybe everyone has different requirements for clothes, or maybe I didn't buy the wrong product. I bought their red jumpsuit, which looks great on me. My friend couldn't believe that they could buy clothes of this quality for less than $50. The only downside is that the waiting time is a bit long.

Shipping takes forever

Wish we read the reviews before I placed the order. Four weeks and counting since I placed the order. I didn’t receive emails confirming order or confirmation of shipping. I had to reach out. Supposedly it’s in my home state, but the tracking numbers don’t give any details
