⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing “Magic” That Defies Gravity — and Not in a Good Way
I really wanted to love these Playwalls. The concept is adorable, and my daughter was so excited to decorate her room. Unfortunately, the only thing these “Magic Playwalls” stick to is disappointment. Despite following every instruction (and yes, even testing multiple walls), they refused to stay up for more than a few minutes before sliding down like sad wallpaper.
When I reached out to customer service, I was told it was probably my paint’s fault — apparently, my walls didn’t pass their secret stickiness test. The solution? Use Gorilla Tape or a wooden board. Because nothing says “easy installation” like a trip to Home Depot.
When I asked for a refund, I was reminded of their “no refunds for adhesive issues” policy. So now I own three very expensive floor mats.
If you’re decorating a wall that exists in the same universe as theirs, maybe you’ll have better luck. But if you live in a house with, you know, normal walls — consider this your warning.

My wife placed a second order from cherrypicks.net. Did not receive the item or any communication about the order status. My wife tried to contact them on their web site and even called. No response so I contacted my credit card and they did refund the cost. However a week later the item arrived. It was five weeks late. Still no response from merchant. I assume my credit card knows how to get action.

I ordered from Cherry picks 2 weeks ago and needed to make a return on some items and haven't been able to. The return page on their website keeps saying the connection is timed out on the host side (Cherry picks side). I had been in email communication with someone about my order a few times and I have responded 3-4 times on that thread and have not heard back. At this point I am outside of my return window and am not even sure they would allow me to return or exchange. One of the things I ordered was the wrong item, one was the wrong size, and one was the wrong color, all just errors on their end.

We absolutely LOVE the app! I've been raving about it to everyone—my coworkers, friends, and family are all on board now! It’s way better than Hello Fresh or Gusto because you can do your weekly shop, try new recipes, and pick your portions, which means we get tasty leftovers for lunch the next day. We've discovered so many new weekly favourites, great ideas to spice up our go-to dishes, and loads of fantastic vegan recipes to make for our friends (so no more stuffed peppers!). Plus, it's saving us £20-30 on our weekly food shop. Absolute no-brainer! Also, it's heartwarming to know that every order provides a meal for a child. Couldn't recommend this app enough!
Avoid - no button holes, misleading sizes.
I have received my overalls but none of the button holes are all closed, the item is not wearable. Also the size states 8 -10 but the item specifically states 8 not 8 - 10. This is misleading, sizes way too small. Customer service suggested I cut out the button holes with scissors??

Avoid,nothing like the photographs in terms of quality. The button holes were non existent,so couldn't fasten them anyway, not created in the fabric. I wouldn't waste your money if you're expecting a quality pair of dungarees. Expensive but cheap quality.
Quality goods, AMAZING service
I LOVED my white linen pants as soon as I opened the package. But before I was able to try them on, I ended up in the ER with an injured leg. When I was finally able to try the pants on it was well past the 7 day exchange period, and, sadly, they were too big. I contacted customer support and they sent a personal note saying they were sorry about my leg and offering a discount on a purchase. I love the quality and am thrilled with the customer service!
Just got my delivery
Just got my delivery, a pair of overalls and a dress. First thing, the packaging, arrived broken on one angle, the two items were just wrapped in a grey plastic bag, Temu style, but not the same price! The quality of garments is very poor, loosen threads, buttons that do not fits the holes. I bought an extra small but both items are M, the overall are super long, not at all what I was expecting. They look cute from far away, but at a close eye, the quality is super cheap and not at all in line with the price. I'm wondering if returning them but seems others had bad a experience with the return process.

Great customer service
I received my order recently, and to my dismay the overalls were way too small. Measuring them lead me to believe I was sent an XS instead of an XL. I reached out to customer support and heard back from someone within a day. After sending photos of the overalls, they were gracious enough to provide me with a coupon for a free pair, allowing me to keep the ones I’d received. Now I can gift the smaller pair to a friend and share their awesome clothes with more people! By the way, I’d also ordered an overall dress and the quality is fantastic. Very happy with the company and the care I received!

The quality of service from the Cherry Picks support team is top notch! They are constantly in touch and keep you informed about everything. All is clear, reliable, friendly and respectful. For me this is very valuable. I really felt supported in every way. And although I was dissatisfied with 2 overalls and a bracelet, I sent them back and then received my money back, but I'm very happy with the items that I decided to keep (the awesome socks-my favourite now and a beautiful mug) 😊
So, despite the fact that it took time and I had to return some items at my own expense (shipping to USA was more expensive than I expected), I only had positive impressions about this company.

Long Wait Time
If I had known my order was being ship from China I wouldn’t have purchased. I read it was US base. I orders a jacket on Nov7 and I haven’t received it yet.
Customer Service does respond said they would looked into it. I am still waiting. I hope I can say better with the product If I ever get it.

Dungarees arrived pretty quick and there was a slight issue, but I really loved them! The team responded really quickly and exceeded my expectations... Great customer service... so much so I ordered 2 more 😊

Not the advertised quality
Ordered Shinjuku overalls because I thought the straps with old brown thick cotton fabric looked nice. I wanted that style. The shipping has been as expected from China, maybe shortI received then today, and the pattern and size are fine, but materials are different. The jeans fabric is nice, soft, but the colour is not as advertised. The back of the fabric is the same colour as inside (advertised is clearer) so doesn’t give the contrast I was looking for when folding the ends at the ankles. And the worse part is that the straps are thin, plastic material, so not at all the look I was looking for. Very disappointed. It’s a cute garment, but not what I was expecting and it’s not worth the price that I paid.
AWFUL COMPANY... DON'T DO IT!
The clothes were horrible, cheaply made and the material was so thin, it was see-through. Not at all like the cute items pictured online. The shipping took WAY too long. Their return protocol is very strange (you have to ship it back yourself-- no label offered-- to somewhere called just "Mango") and I still have not received my money back for the items I returned (ALL of them) although it's been 2 months. I tried to call several numbers I found online, but they were incorrect or just voicemail numbers. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

false advertising
BE WARY. If I didn't know better I'd say they're stealing images of designer clothes but shipping clothes that in reality are thrown together in their sweatshop. I thought I was buying a skirt with pants/leggings underneath - what I got were cheap linen-like pants and two pieces of fabric sewn in the front and back at the waist. Definitely not what they advertised. I usually don't shop from China for this reason - everything is a ripoff. They do make a point of detailing every mile of your shipment - it's a lot of busy work to make it look like they're really moving your cargo or maybe they're really conscious of the fact that it takes FOREVER for them to throw together the piece of clothing you've ordered. Then they have the audacity to make you pay for mailing the return instead of generating the label for you WHILE ALSO cautioning that YOU need to prove that you somehow didn't ruin what you ordered. They're going to evaluate your return and they decide whether you're deserving of a refund and that will take additional time. I started the process but in the end decided not to bother. It's money out of my pocket, yes, but I doubt I'd ever see a dime from them.
