Cheshireplants Reviews

Second time of using Cheshire Plants, as on my list of trusted companies to use. This time ordered three mature shrubs of Yew, Holly and Portuguese Laurel. Incredibly healthy specimens. Beautiful. Especially the holly covered in berries. Delivered on the day that I had requested. Good customer service. A few glitches with the delivery company, down to a tracking service that needs to be improved, both two days before delivery, and on the day. However the drivers who came were fine. (Also Mathew did his best to chase this up for me, and kept in touch with me). Cannot fault the health of purchases from Cheshire Plants, so would use again. Great company.

Outstanding service! We ordered 20 laurels and they arrived in great condition, we were really impressed with how healthy and strong they were for such a brilliant price. The team were really helpful on the phone as I needed the plants to arrive before a specific date. They offered outstanding support and even gave advice on the best way to look after the plants all year round. We’ve even gone back to order more laurels yesterday.

Just bought 130 euonymus green spire hedging plants. Dealt with Adam on the phone - really helpful and great advice. Offered to ensure quick delivery. Delivery on time, price is very sensible and the plants are excellent quality. Really impressed - everything has been excellent. Will use Cheshireplants again and recommend.

We bought a 4mx3m pergola from Cheshire Plants. It is fantastic and excellent quality. Would highly recommed if you are looking for one. 🙂

I purchased 40 x 6ft Cheery Laurels from Cheshire Plants and I was absolutely delighted with there condition.
Unfortunately 4 of the Laurels struggled and I contacted Cheshire Plants for advice.
Within 3 days I received replacements accompanied with what might have been the issue.
Thank you Adam for your professional swift response its very much appreciated.

We have used this company several times.
The most recent was several mature cherry laurel pleached trees
We were delighted with the quality of these trees and also with our previous orders.
I always worry when you’re buying plants online as quite often they’re not like the photo! NOT with this company.

From order to delivery, everything was straight forward.

Couldn't recommend Cheshire Plants enough, they have been amazing.

From day one of communicating with them, they have been so helpful. I ordered 5 XL pleached trees, they are really good quality, very full & lush. The delivery was on time and all trees delivered safely. Trees are super healthy and top quality trees. Absolutely LOVE them. I would definitely buy from them again. Thank you again.

Great overall experience with Cheshire Plants. I ordered 15 Cherry Laurels and they arrived exactly when requested. The quality was fantastic, and all the plants were exactly as described.

Really impressed with the service and the quality of the plants. Would definitely recommend Cheshire Plants.

10/10

We ordered a range of items from Cheshire plants - English yew rootball, thuja rootball and laurel rootball. English yew and laurel were fine, but the thuja came and rootballs were damaged and bone dry. I had to order and pay for extra thuja to replace the damaged ones as we weren't comfortable planting them (even though Cheshire plants said it was ok). Everything planted into quality soil and fertilised and with irrigation.
ALL the thuja died. I emailed and and they offered to refund for just the replacements I had bought.
Very disappointing. I have to say the laurel has done very well.

We bought laurel bushes to provide privacy. The bushes are thriving in spite of the hot summer and were a Bargin for what we received. I would definitely recommend!!

The worst arrogant customer service I’ve ever experienced I’ve no idea how they can still have a business talking to people like they do. Ordered 3.5k of conifers and assorted feed and compost to go with them. They delivered them to one of my projects on Tuesday we were not on site so the security guard signed for them when I arrived today to see them and make sure all was good for planting tomorrow I noticed there was no compost no feed no pipes for water. I rung office from 3.45pm repeatedly no one answered then said closed at 5.30pm I wats app them and got a condescending reply trying to blame me for there mistakes I pointed out I’ve already spent 8k with them in last few months but no more now. They said I was aggressive on my message no such a thing I pointed out it was no way to run a business that’s all I can see when I was talking to them there very unprofessional and arrogant the trees that did come are undersized and not full enough. Don’t be fooled by them and ask for pictures of the exact trees or plants your buying as they send you ones that are nothing like there stock pics. They try to intimidate you when you complain

This garden centre nursery is fantastic. Their plants are always healthy, vibrant, and clearly well cared for. The stock is brilliant too — loads of choice and always something new to inspire you. Friendly staff, great quality, and a place I always recommend.

Very friendly! Great selection and all thriving in my garden!

Easy to order online and efficient delivery service. We ordered 2 established olive trees which arrived looking very healthy & are continuing to thrive. Great service, we will be returning for more plants very soon.

Fantastic service and some truly great statement pieces for your garden in their constantly improving offering - all at really reasonable delivered prices. Have already recommended.

The team are amazing! Always helpful, knowledgable and always have what I need (plus great recommendation's) thanks guys!

I recently ordered plants 50 cherry laurels at a great price from Cheshire Plants UK and, although I had a small issue with part of my order, their customer service was absolutely excellent. They responded quickly, dealt with the problem professionally, and made sure everything was put right without any hassle.
