I love this independent retailer - choice of brands are great - quality and selection is exceptional as is the on-line service they provide!! So pleased I found this gem of a clothes retailer!!

I’m so glad I found Chester Boutique
The website is simple to navigate and online purchases are straightforward. There is a great choice of keenly priced items which are modelled by ladies with differing shapes and sizes. Questions are always answered promptly and delivery is quick. The daily live reels are really helpful and always fun. I really wish I lived near Chester so I could visit in person ❤️

Excellent service
Always exceptional service in store and experienced the same when ordering online. On placing online order I forgot to apply the discount code on offer, I emailed the store to explain my error and within minutes had been advised a refund for the discount had been actioned. Excellent service 😍

** REPEAT REVIEW **
Hi Juliette,
Your first review was already replied to, so this will be viewed as spam.
'Your original email stated that a dress was faulty and that the 'side tie had broke', when you brought them into store we found that they were not faulty, the tie was in one piece, and the shape is just the style of the dress. We had this dress in 3 colours, and had no other complaints. You also failed to mention in your email that the purchase was made over 2 months ago, for which you have no receipt for. We still offered a refund for one dress, despite there being no fault, which is more than a lot of retailers would do, however you still wanted a refund for both. We explained in our reply to your email that 'we do try to pack as carefully as possible, however as a small business with limited staff and resources, it would not be possible to steam every item.' This is true for a lot of retailers, and your decision to attack a small independent business for these reasons is very disappointing. For future purchases with any retailer, we would advise to return within the returns period if the items are unwanted.'
Chester Boutique is an absolute gem
Chester Boutique is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted by the most welcoming and genuinely lovely staff who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and cared for. Their knowledge of the collections and eye for style really shines, and they’re always happy to help with advice or suggestions without ever being pushy.
The clothes themselves are absolutely beautiful—stylish, timeless, and made with amazing quality that truly stands out. Every piece feels thoughtfully chosen, and it’s clear the boutique puts a lot of care into curating items that are both unique and versatile. What impressed me most is how well-priced everything is, especially considering the quality. It feels like you’re getting something really special without having to spend a fortune.
Shopping at Chester Boutique feels more like a personal experience than just browsing in a store. Whether you’re after something casual, elegant, or a standout piece for a special occasion, you’ll find it here—and you’ll leave feeling fantastic. I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough!
