Zoda vidoes are fantastic but getting through the exact steps is easier said than done. And Dr.Z says "don't go on to the next thing until you have completed the thing I say. For example, he talks fast and casually says 'just get facebook groups' (for the PMF) in one quick breath. Some of us are just learning how to get into the social media world and this is a big hurdle coming from all clinical all the time, especially us that are older and saw computers come 12-15 years after we started our careers. I have been very positive and celebrating "small wins" and getting a portion of my true self back that I really love, but this FB groups thing is really really hard for my niche because I have to get MD's to fill out surveys. I am continuing to write my course and very anxious to get it going on a platform and make slides and videos but Now I worry I can't even get past this step. I have been at it a week and only have 4 surveys filled out, yet I know my niche is a good one, and haven't been told otherwise. I'm staying positive tho, still trying but it is taking up a lot of time.

I have spent thousands of dollars enlisting their expertise but have been disappointed by the lack of professionalism. Meetings were arranged with my coach and she would cancel last minute via an email. I found her to also be ill prepared for meetings. I try to contact administration and they text me that they are busy with other patients. I have left multiple messages and noone calls back. When I signed up with Chestet I was told that I would have access to him and his team. That is definitely not true. I made an appointment with my new coach and she seemed receptive to my concerns. I clearly indicated on my reservation to meet with her I wanted her to review my tapes before I went further. She had not reviewed my tapes and said I needed to email her. I had no problem with that. She said she would respond back to me about my tapings. I have heard nothing. I also emailed support about my concerns. Have not heard back. Left another voicemail, still waiting. Not pleased. I would give o stars if I could.

ChesterZoda owned by Chester Zoda, MD $36,000 to develop online nutrition courses on my behalf after I gave them the idea and the keywords. They were supposed to build the courses and website and provide marketing, SEO and social media. They were supposed to complete the courses after 3 months back in March 17, 2024. I provided them the prompts and keywords. 3 months later, in June 2024, the courses were not done. By September 2024, they had only completed 5 of 12 modules. In addition, what they had created using AI was very basic and for a general public with little nutrition knowledge. I told them I needed IV nutrition courses to sell to medical doctors and also who wanted to start their own IV nutrition business clinic. I ended up creating the content and asked them to just upload it back in September 2024. By January 15, 2025, they hadn’t finished uploading the content I gave them. They told me if I wanted more time I had to pay $12,000. The $36,000 was an all-done for you payment. When I complained to everyone including Chester Zoda via email, they stopped responding to me. They said that they would only contact a lawyer representing me. I hired a lawyer in January 2025. A lawyer contacted them via a formal letter on my behalf. They didn’t respond to him. The lawyer told me that they couldn’t be served because they didn’t have an American address. I contacted BBB and they said they were not BBB accredited. They said they were not an American business. They told me they were based out of Hong Kong. They told me they were based there . I know I used to speak to his manager Ashley who is in Vancouver and Chester Zoda is supposed to be in New York but the bank I wired money to is in Wyoming but the business structure is in Hong Kong and he has his banks in Indonesia, Japan and Europe. I don’t know how I can review him and where and who can I file a claim to.
The Chester Zoda company wanted me to keep giving them money. I paid $36,000 for an “all done for you” project including helping me create courses, build a website and provide social media and SEO to market my courses and website. They stopped helping me on January 15, 2025. I made several attempts to talk to them including calling and emailing them. I even got a lawyer to call them. They didn’t respond. The company is based out of Hong Kong and therefore it’s a foreign company. They took my $36,000 and only started the structure of my courses. I ended up doing the content myself plus. I had to spend extra money to two other Kajabi experts and I had to pay $3,388 extra plus $1,200 to another expert to continue the “all done for you project” that Zoda Media LLC / Digital Doctor owned by Chester Zoda was supposed to create for me. They cut phone and email communication with me after I complained that I was not going to keep paying extra $12,000 after a project that I had paid $36,000 to have them create everything for me. They left my course and website undone and I would like them to either finish my project or refund me $36,000

After this review was posted, Mr. Zoda publicly responded and stated that my review was defamatory, while also asking me to contact a specific individual in his organization to resolve the issue. I did so and copied Mr. Zoda on the email. No response was ever received. I am documenting this matter factually.

The experience has been great so far. I am hoping to produce an amazing coarse.

Having calls for mentoring available on a regular basis is extremely helpful. It assists in accountability as well as tweaking information consistently.

Being supportive to help me stay focused

EDIT: their reply is another lie. Very disappointing. I wish I could add pictures to this to show email threads and my account.

I joined the program back in December 2022 and I spent a lot of money and time on this. I paid $7,800 just to sign up - coincidentally the amount of money I made monthly at that time. I'll be honest, I only had cash savings of about $4,000 left after that. I'm not a wealthy doctor making tons of money, but I wanted this to work and I have worked on the course and website, but Chester's course is not as advertised and I don't want to waste more money paying for ads. These are the issues I have with this course:

1) Their PMF survey step is essentially spamming groups to fill up a form and so much of this program relies on that step. I have tried many groups, but it's not fair because so many groups don't want you to post such things and you have to hope for the best that they approve or don't delete your posts. Even though Chester says it's not being salesy, it really is!

2) Chester said in the intro videos how this course is fast and finding success can happen quickly. He mentioned how some people started making money within 1-2 weeks. Unless a person has a registered business, it's IMPOSSIBLE to make a lot of money that quickly and legally.

3) The intro videos did not explain that one should be registering a business for this to be done the right way.

4) He also did not explain how there's MORE COSTS, such as paying for Kajabi, emails, registering a business as mentioned, and paying for Facebook ads. That is hundreds of dollars every month!

5) He also explained in the course how we should polish our Facebook profile to basically be tailored towards our course, which isn't fair as a lot of socializing obviously happens on Facebook.
