Ordered car part. Website says shipping estimate for non-painted parts is 2-4 business days but if for some reason you feel the need to read FAQ s, it says "dispatch" is 2-4 but 5-10 additional "transit" days. Regardless, a tracking number is provided when you order. When you never get a "shipped" notification using the tracking number you can call their phone where you get an automated response and they disconnect you when you choose to speak to a representative. They do not reply to emails requesting order status or shipping. I finally got an email response after filing a dispute. They first emailed stating the product was damaged and a day later they sent an email stating they were unable to source. They asked if I wanted them to keep trying or process a refund. I replied the same day that I wanted a refund. I ordered from another company, got part in 5 days. Six weeks after placing order and thirteen days after stating i wanted the refund, the part from Chicago Autobody landed on my doorstep. I am pretty much stuck with it. In order to return it you have to have approval from a representative first. I filled out a form for that on their website and was told they would reply in 2 business days. Haha. Considering I filed a dispute, they won't reply. I lost the dispute mainly because they sent the part eventually, and I have possession of it. Regardless of them not being able to source it and regardless of my email response to refund my money. This business has poor service, poor communication, deceptive website with no valid phone number to communicate.

I ordered my parts July first I didn't receive my parts until August 15th mind you they said I would receive them in 10 -15 days of ordering I tried emailing them with no response of the parts or production was behind I can understand that but there was no response from this company even after I emailed them several times . And on to my bigger complaint the bumpers I received our the wrong color so I guess I'm screwed because I'm unable to contact the company they don't answer the phone or emails .

Avoid buying from this company, you’re just going to be scammed out of your money. They sent me a damaged item & after reaching out they made it seem like they would resolve the issue & 5 months later still my problem is unresolved after multiple attempts to contact them. If I could rate them zero stars I would don’t buy from them!!!!

Ordered a part a month ago, no updates, no responses from the company. I've called mutliple times, it just goes to voice mail and nobody respondes to emails to cancel the order. I even filed a dispute with my credit card company and they don't respond. It's either fraud or they are out of business all of the sudden. Either way, don't use them.

Second time I ordered painted parts for my car projects. Two years ago got a front bumper cover for 2017 Honda Accord. This time got front bumper cover and passenger fender for 2022 Honda Civic. Both are painted to match manufacturer paint code (NH731P) very well. Both time did self-pickup to avoid shipping.

The issue with this company is that they will not respond to any inquiries after they deliver the wrong part. I had contacted them on several occasions at the number and the email that I was given. There has been no response at all to the fact that they sent me apart, that was not even the right part for my vehicle. They also had painted the part in the wrong color. So I am left now with a loss financially from this company. All I can say is anyone who uses this company is going to get scammed. I guess they just send parts out and whatever you get at the end of the day if it’s wrong, they will never contact you or reach out to you to resolve any issues. I’ve lost a lot of money with him now over $300 for a part that I ordered. I have no idea why this company continues to stay in a business and why people even use them. This is something that I’m seeing they’re doing with a lot of other people and I feel like this is a scam that they’re running with their company.

Item was poorly shipped, resulting in damage. The paint job was inadequate, I contacted the company on multiple occasions to rectify the situation. You cannot make contact with anybody there. All the mailboxes are full nobody returns a phone call or an email. This company has hundreds of negative reviews against it on the Better Business Bureau website. They have been directed by the Attorney General's office of Chicago to work out a settlement with me as of today's date, they refuse to.
The only thing this company is in business of doing is ripping you, the customer off. I will continue to work with the Attorney General's office of Chicago against this company.

I placed a order and heard nothing for 7 days so then I called them the ladies put me on a hold and said the warehouse had my order on hold and was checking why. She came back and said the bumper I ordered is out of stock but they have another 1 for $60 more. Mind you no call or email prior and now that im calling they want more with no prior notifications etc then the b had nerve to get a attitude with me because they fugged up I wouldn't let this place paint my bicycle!

Pre painted parts were ordered on 11/20/2023. The order arrived on 12/07/2023 and an inspection of the items showed one part damaged by the transportation company. Photos were taken and a damage claim was submitted via chicago auto body's on line damage claim function. Numerous requests for follow up information have gone unanswered.
