I was about to order, I was wondering how they make profit with a website so good and product at such rates so I called up their number and guess what it does not exist then I looked up on google for reviews and found out they are a fraud. Just saved myself from a scam.

I ordered two T-shirts, but I received only one different T-shirt.
The item I received is a black T-shirt with a Red Bull logo, which I did not order.

The product quality was extremely good. But i was sopposr to get 2 t shirts and i just recieved only one. Hope the responsible people will get back to me soon

I ordered 2 T-shirts and received only 1. This is straight-up cheating.

I emailed them multiple times on both their official business email and personal email, and got zero response.

I also messaged their Instagram business and personal accounts, but they didn’t even bother to open or acknowledge the messages.

No customer support, no accountability, and no intention to resolve issues after taking payment.

Think twice before ordering from chic.world.

Canadian Home Improvement is a company we have had a very poor experience with. Initially, our home water heater rental account was with Alectra. Approximately two years ago, Canadian Home Improvement took over this account.

At the time of the transfer, we were informed that the arrangement would continue as a monthly rental payment of approximately $56, as it had been previously. We provided a void cheque to Canadian Home Improvement to facilitate automatic monthly withdrawals.

Since that time:
• No invoices were ever sent to us
• No statements of account were provided
• No notices or reminders were issued indicating missed or overdue payments
• No communication was made to inform us that monthly withdrawals were not occurring

Without any prior notice, warning, or documentation, Canadian Home Improvement suddenly sent an alleged amount of approximately $5,300 to a collection agency. This action is completely unjustified, as the agreement was clearly based on monthly payments, not a lump-sum balance.

At no point were we informed that payments were not being withdrawn, nor were we given an opportunity to resolve any issue before the account was sent to collections. This behavior constitutes harassment and has caused unnecessary damage to our credit, despite our good payment history and willingness to pay legitimate monthly charges.
We are therefore filing this matter in Small Claims Court and requesting:
• Proof of any alleged loan or financing agreement

• A complete statement of account

• Evidence of invoices, notices, or reminders allegedly sent to us
• Justification for sending the account to collections without prior notice

Based on our experience, we strongly recommend that consumers exercise caution when dealing with Canadian Home Improvement, as their actions appear to unfairly penalize customers and negatively impact their credit without proper communication or documentation.

I ordered a Buy One Get One T-shirt from Chicc around 2–3 weeks ago. The order was prepaid (₹700). The delivery partner, Amazon Shipping, was unable to deliver the parcel and it was returned to Chicc’s warehouse. Since then, I have received no refund and no response. Their email is not working, the telephone number on their website does not exist, and the SMS contact number is also invalid. I have tried multiple times to contact them but there has been complete silence. This feels highly unprofessional and misleading. I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this store until they improve transparency and customer support.

Recently I ordered 2 tshirt from Chicc.world in buy 1 get 1 offer and Only Received 1 Tshirt(Wrong) And when i mail them. koi response hi nhi krta bhyiii😑

Bunch of Shitty Scammers, they run buy one get one offer. Once you order something they will only deliver one item and if you try to reach out to them for issue they will not respond. Please ignore this website at any cost.

I was ordering 2 five-sleeves and when it was time to pay I decided to check the review I believe it is one of the best decisions I did .dropped the plan thanks to the review .I just saved 700 rs special thanks to trustpilot and all those who gave there valuable reviews

it is a scam , dont ordder

This is a fraud company. Owned by two shitty guys, Advait Pandey and Pratham. They are running a scam by giving you offers like buy one get one. They send only one tshirt that too not what you order. Contact details are fake, mobile no. is doesn't exist, no replies on insta Dm and emails.

I ordered two t-shirts from these guys for 1200 rupees. I received only one tshirt and I tried to call the number that they mentioned in their website numerous times and als i tried to email them but the number does not exist and email address was fake, these guys are such liars and cheaters , I can’t imagine I fell for it.

Tried everything but it just seems a dead end. Chicc World is fraud company.
