It's a good crypto exchange site however theres a problem pretty much 99% of the time. Makes ya wanna tear your hair out. The customer support is okay, but they like to ghost ya every now and then.

Had an issue with a transaction being expired, had a nice lady by the name of Mercy help me, she found issue, and had my funds deposited into my account that same day, thank you very much, great people!
