After a bumpy start, marked by delivery issues and miscommunications, I am pleased to update my review to reflect my satisfaction with both the customer service and the product. I received almost immediate assistance and felt reassured to see how much effort was put into making sure I received my order properly. And the product itself was really worth the wait. I bought a kit and they're all equally flavourful but with their own unique kick. Totally addicted. Thanks again for the support and looking forward to trying other ones.

Loving these chilli sauces and the fact there is a full range for every type of cuisine. It's an added bonus knowing that they are all vegan and aren't filled with any nasty food colourings / chemicals etc. So far the Sriracha Cha Cha and Jamaican Jerk are my faves but still got to make my way through the full range! Yes, they cost a bit more than you bog standard chilli sauce on supermarket shelves but they are far far superior. Shipping was quick, sauces arrived within a couple of days of ordering. Packaging was smart (making them great for gifting) and recyclable. Will be ordering more.

After not receiving my initial order and reaching out to the Chili No 5 team, I had my issue resolved. Rumble and Maria were fantastic in reaching out and not only helping sort the issue with my order, but sending a little gift as means of an apology. As someone who works in retail and can understand how manic the holiday season gets, I really appreciated the detailed and personal response. I'll certainly be purchasing more from Chili No 5 in the future.

The customer service is superb!! Had problems with my package and whoever was on the receiving end of my email was very helpful and kind. Cannot recommend them enough. Also sauces are phenomenal!!

This was bought as a Christmas gift. I had ordered it quite early but it didn't arrive until 24th Dec. I contacted them and they were so generous to offer me it to delivered the set personally, excellent customer support.

Ordered the Hot Chilli Sauce limited edition. All paid for and then an e-mail explaining it had sold out. Refund hasn’t arrived 6 days later and the product is still for sale on the website. How many more customers will they take payment from when they are aware they can’t fulfil the order? ****Update**** 17 days after order and nothing received, including the refund. I don't trust the other reviews either. What a coincidence a glowing review appears on the same day as my complaint!

I ordered the chilli tasting set for my brother's birthday. It arrived in good time and looks lovely. I was a bit disappointed that the box didn't include a tasting notes booklet, or some suggested recipes for each sauce. I think this would be a nice touch and would enhance the gift appeal of the product.

I bought it as a present for my dad. Great taste and fast delivery!

I bought these last minute for a Christmas gift for my brother and a friend. They both loved them, delicious and an excellent selection.
One thing I would like is for either a brief recipe suggestions or a bit of blurb, as per the website for each gift set - as to what the main ingredients are...just something basic so the recipient can read a brief outline as to how the website states and advise of any sustainable options on the packaging, which is nice too.
But it was a fab gift idea that pleased both recipients with the variety and taste. I will purchase again.

Each sauce has it’s own taste and character. For people who love seriously hot spice the Chilli no. 5 is the best choice !

I ordered a gift set for Xmas on 3 December but to be honest I forgot and with Covid restrictions etc it slipped my mind then in the 28 December my husband said why has a payment gone to chilli No 5 so I sent an email and my box set was delivered the next day by hand and I wasn’t charged anything. This for me was amazing service beyond kind to not charge me and now the only problem is that every meal I serve ,my husband spends 10 minutes deciding which sauce to put on it !! At least he’s happy he loves the products !!

The products are great quality and really beautifully packaged - make for great presents. I had a small confusion issue with delivery and dispatch notes so I got in touch and spoke to Maria, who was really helpful and professional and sorted everything out for me super quickly.

I got my brother a set as a gift as he is a hot-sauce geek and he tells me these are the best sauces he’s ever had.

Amazing company and products. I had a problem as I hadn’t received my order and I emailed them and they couldn’t of been more helpful! They got an upgraded products sent out straight away which was fantastic. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be purchasing more products.
