Les sauces sont toutes très aqueuses et vinaigrées. En termes de texture il n’y a pas de travail. Pas très intéressantes exception faite des épices qui sont toutes très bien (poudre de ripper, jerk douce, habanero).

Nous étions présents au Sirha Lyon avec les chefs participant au Bocuse d'Or, et ils ont été très élogieux à propos de nos sauces. Pourriez-vous nous renvoyer les sauces afin que nous puissions vous rembourser et vérifier pourquoi elles ne sont pas aussi crémeuses et délicieuses que les autres avis le suggèrent ? Nous prendrons évidemment en charge les frais de transport et vous enverrons de nouvelles sauces pour une nouvelle dégustation. Merci encore pour ce retour précieux pour notre équipe.

Excellent flavours. Rich and very tasteful. Got as a Christmas gift. Beautiful packaging. However, the spiciest weren't very spicy to us.

Very good quality
It was fast and the quality is very good, from the flavours to the packaging. It is not as spicy as we thought it would be but still very good.
