Fantastic customer service
I bought my twin granddaughters a doll each for Christmas. Unfortunately, one of the dolls arrived faulty. I contacted the company (Chimidoll) to explain what had happened and to ask for a replacement.
The company responded immediately and were completely understanding about the situation and the disappointment this would have caused on Christmas Day. They arranged a replacement straight away and did not charge any additional postage. They also kept in regular contact, providing tracking details so I knew exactly when the replacement doll would arrive and who to contact if I had any further concerns.
The replacement doll arrived after around two weeks, and my granddaughter was absolutely thrilled with her new baby doll.
I can highly recommend this company. Sometimes things do go wrong with products, but what really matters is how the company responds. In this case, the customer service was excellent and the issue was resolved quickly and professionally. I think it’s important to leave a review when customer service is this good.
Thank you very much — I would fully recommend.

Welcome to the family Toby 🥰
Little miss 8 was delighted with her new baby, the clothes are beautiful, the toys were great, I just wish I realised before I completed my purchase there were options with a plastic or material doll so hopefully someone reads this and has that option, I was very happy with the purchase thank you so much 😊

I was unhappy with the two dolls…
I was unhappy with the two dolls purchased, the company promised to refund however have now just stopped responding to my emails. I’m now stuck with two dolls that are of poor quality and not worth the price tag.
Update: chimi doll have NOT sent a shipping label as they said?? I could live without the dolls being silicone bodied, the main issue is with the quality of the dolls, they are cheap replicas and not worth what I paid. They did initially offer to refund one of the dolls however I did not want to keep them @chimidoll, send me the shipping label to enable the return please

Hi,
We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy. We’d like to clarify that the dolls purchased were not silicone, which is clearly stated on our product page with full material details before purchase.
As discussed previously, we did offer a refund in line with our return policy and provided a return shipping label. Unfortunately, we did not receive any further response or a returned package from you.
We always stand by our products and are happy to assist if you’re willing to continue the return process.
Best regards,

Hi dear
We completely understand how you feel and we are truly sorry that the doll did not meet your expectations.
The doll you ordered is a vinyl body doll. Because there is an interactive trigger on the back, the back of the doll is designed to be a bit flatter so the trigger can fit naturally and stay integrated with the doll. This can make the doll look less full compared to the photos.
Thank you very much for your feedback. It really helps us improve our products.
Wishing you a lovely day

Beautiful baby doll Ruby and excellent customer service
We ordered a beautiful doll for our 6 year old little girl for her birthday and she was so happy. The doll (Ruby) looked exactly like the photo which was a big relief as you never know what is going to arrive!
We had some delays due to the event typhoons but Chimidoll were fantastic, the weather was completely out of there control but we were kept informed and customer service have been amazing.
The doll is perfect for children looking for a more realistic doll and is a great size similar to a newborn baby.
Highly recommended
