Such a relief to open the box and find that nothing was broken (very well packed) and to have actually received exactly what I’d ordered. Quite an achievement these days!

Communication was very good
Communication was very good, and delivery was very fast. The only issue was that one of the small bowl had a chipped edge. I hope to receive a replacement.

The merchandise sold by China Presentations is always very competitively priced. Delivery is swift, and the very thorough packaging prevents breakages. I have dealt with China Presentations on two occasions now.

Excellent service as always
Excellent service as always. This was one replacement plate for a set of crockery I bought from China Presentations a while ago. Well packed, delivered as arranged.
Royal Mail seem to have picked up the habits of some of the less reliable couriers though. Although I was at home all day (and they didn't let me know when to expect the parcel) they dumped it next to my doorstep. Not impressed.
