Chippo Reviews

Excellent customer service! I had a customized order that was created, shipped and delivered within a weeks time! This was much quicker than I expected, and the best part is that my husband loves it! It was a perfect anniversary gift!

Received quickly, exactly what I ordered.

CHIPPO Golf is awesome! All our clients love their CHIPPO sets!

Responsive, Friendly, Helpful and super easy to order!

Delivery was great and grandsons were thrilled!

I have returned an item and followed up three times. Haven’t heard back nor received my refund. This was before Christmas that I purchased and was originally intended as a Christmas gift but ended up going in a different direction for the gift. I returned well before the return deadline. Even received a reference number from the company, yet no refund. Not only have I not received a refund, I’m not even receiving a response to my outreach. I even had to pay $65 to return! To say this is awful Customer Service is an understatement, this is a scam. I’m out well over $200.

Quick, easy process, good value, great product!

It got here quickly and was what I expected.
Whole family has enjoyed it.

This was a gift for my husband and he loved it! He liked the divot tool and the can holder I ordered with the set - Chip It and Sip It!

I bought the head cover - moose for my husband for Christmas - he was surprised - liked it - but did not think it was for him - so it is now on my Taylor Made DRIVER and I love seeing him when I go past - can't wait for good weather to take him to the links!

Excellent product and excellent customer service! I would recommend the crew at Chippo Golf too anyone!

Great game to play anywhere. Outside or inside. Helps with your short game to chipping.

Great job. Everything from ordering to delivery was pain-free

I ordered a Chippo Golf set for my grandson for Christmas. I inadvertently sent it to my billing address - in Florida - instead of to Pittsburgh, PA. I immediately ordered another, sending it to the correct address and responded to their email confirmation of my first order; asking them to cancel. They responded within the hour - canceling the order that was in error and refunding my credit card.

I also got a very nice email from the company rep wishing me a happy holiday, confirming the cancellation. I have never been more impressed with a company's customer service. You guys ROCK!

Chippo made it easy to order and product was received timely.
It's a Christmas gift, so haven't played yet, but looking forward to the summer!

We saw a bunch of guys playing Chippo at a campsite where we were staying over the summer and I knew we had to have it.
The game arrived SUPER FAST and my husband, son and neighbor are all very happy with it! Especially when it gets my 11 year old out of his bedroom/off of his video games and outside to play a few rounds in the yard.

It’s a fun game, however we’re concerned that using their light weight balls will mess us up on the course, so we’ve tried using our real golf balls and setting the goals farther apart and it does work. High quality parts by the way, so I expect it to last. I also prefer chipping to tossing a bean bag!

I had an amazing experience with this company. I ordered a custom Chippo set. Right from the beginning, the ordering process was clear, the response was quick and the artwork looked exactly like I had envisioned. I couldn't be happier. When I became concerned about the time line (it was a birthday gift and I needed it a specific day), I sent an email and was reassured that the gift I ordered would be in on time...and it was! I would recommend this company and product to everyone. Overly happy and satisfied with the whole experience! Thank you Chippo!!
