We are an 83 and 79 year old couple, both long term attendees at the Best Practice Chiropractic, Brighton. Morton has assessed and maintained our back and neck issues for several years and is that piece of magic that keeps us moving freely so we can enjoy a busy lifestyle and continue ballroom dancing hence the 5 stars!

Earlier this year my back gave up on me and I could barely walk and was in chronic pain. After a thorough discovery consultation and X Rays I embarked on a comprehensive programme with Jack to stabilise subluxated discs. Several months down the line I am pain free, walking regularly and continue to have maintenance sessions accompanied by great advice to maintain my mobility and protect my back going forward.
I have happily referred a friend who was also struggling with a chronic problem and he too is back up and functioning.

Following on from a herniated disc some 19 years ago, this issue flared up again in March of this year, finding it increasingly difficult to work, I tried a local Chiropractor, yet this didn’t help alleviate the pains and lack of movement at all.
Through two personal recommendations, I went to Best Practice, and after the initial diagnosis and a worthy X-Ray, Jack took me through some intensive corrections of my curvature on my lower back and the troublesome L4/5 S1 disc issues.
Through two months of treatment I am now back to 95% of where I was before March. Considering I have had a manual job all my life, it’s not unexpected to have some issues at my point of retirement age, while the treatment and the report at Best Practice was thorough and everything explained in detail throughout. I have no hesitation in my recommendation of this practice.

Very professional and knowledgeable chiropractor. Sorted out my neck problems in a couple of months and also was able to reassure me about a recent knee injury. Would highly recommend continuing with monthly sessions after the acute problem has been resolved, to make sure you keep on tip-top form.

This is my first experience of visiting a Chiropractic service so I am unable to compare with other clinics, however, I was in extreme pain when I contacted the clinic and was seen very quickly by Jack, one of the doctors at the practice.
He was very understanding and quickly put me at ease. During the 1 hour assessment he took my medical history and how my injury had occurred. Thanks to his knowledge he quickly established that an x-ray was required and due to their high standards I was able to have that done immediately on site and received the results confirming that I had at least one compressed fracture of the spine.

The clinic it's self is very clean and modern with on site parking. Stress free. All of the staff are cheerful and friendly and very willing to make one feel at ease and welcome. I highly recommend them.

When I first saw Dr Morten my neck mobility was severely limited,I experienced intense headaches and had shoulder issues. Previous trauma made me anxious, distrustful and slow to respond to treatment.
However, Dr Mortens patience and understanding brought positive results.
Now I have full neck mobility,minimal headaches and healthy shoulders.
The supportive reception team adds to the overall positive experience.

Morten, is exceptional, I recently had a crisis, and despite the practice being closed, he fitted me into his day, giving me essential help, I injured my back many years ago, and Morten keeps me functioning, Can't recommend highly enough.

I've been going to Best Practice Chiropractic for several years, and their partner practice in Horsham before that. They alleviated some severe neck pain I was experiencing, and ever since then, I go on a regular basis for maintenance treatment which enables me to enjoy my various fitness activities.
Morten is a knowledgeable practitioner and the support team make it easy for me to attend outside my working hours.

Morten is amazing in how he finds just those areas that are not quite right, and rapidly corrects them. I've been going to a chiropractor for many years, and Best Practice for 3 or 4 years now and am very happy with how mobile I remain. I have a maintenance treatment probably every 6 weeks to keep me in good shape.
