Chiroappointment.com is very effective and continues to help my practice. There are times when existing patients still use the "alternate" telephone number that chiroappointment provides, and sometimes they charge for this, not realizing that these are existing customers or sales calls, but when i dispute it they almost always credit me and the system works as it should. I do recommend this service.

I had a long time friend and past patient call me using the web site. I called the billig center to have the charge removed for friend and asked how long bck I should go to ask for removal of an old patient. The operater told me if I had ever treated them they should be treated as an existing patient and I should not pay for them. I told him it had been about 2 years since I had seen the patient to which he responded that I should request a review to remove that charge. Thereview was easy to do and the charge was removed
