We’re sorry you were unable to locate your package, but we do need to correct several factual points in this review.
This was not a situation where ChoicePeps simply “claimed” the order was shipped. You were provided USPS tracking and were actively following the shipment yourself. In fact, you contacted us specifically because USPS tracking showed the package as delivered in/at the mailbox, but you said you could not locate it.
You emailed us on August 3 at 6:26 PM, and we responded at 6:34 PM — approximately 8 minutes later. Our response acknowledged the issue, provided the USPS delivery information, advised you to contact your local post office so they could verify the GPS coordinates associated with the delivery scan, and asked you to let us know what they found so we could continue assisting you.
Prior to shipment, we had also proactively contacted you because the address appeared to be missing a unit number. You confirmed in writing that the address was correct for the multifamily residence.
We fully respect your right to be dissatisfied that you could not locate the package. However, the statement that you contacted ChoicePeps and “received no response” is not consistent with the timestamped email record. We responded within approximately eight minutes and attempted to help resolve the delivery issue. We would not of left your side till it was handled to your satisfaction. You never responded, and the very next day we received notice you were disputing the charge. We love our customers and we would of absolutely made sure the issue was resolved to your satisfaction
