UPDATE:
Hi Nosu
Thank you for providing extra information. I can see now that you did order off us 8 months ago and then contacted us after 7 months to say that the lift-out bowl for your bong had cracked. I'm afraid I have to stand by my decision at the time. The bong itself is undamaged and its perfectly normal that those parts do succumb to damage from wear and tear after use. We offered you access to a range of replacements that will fit your bong and gave you the specifics for you to purchase it elsewhere. I'm sorry but that is all we can do on this matter.
Many thanks
Rich

I see your review is organic, and we don't have any record of you purchasing from us OR contacting us by other means. Please can you email info@chongz.co.uk with details of your purchase and a brief description of the problem with your bong
