This company are terrible.
I ordered late my fault. So emailed asking for order to be cancelled within 36 hrs of placing the order. Order dispatched. Again emailed asking for order to be cancelled or at least for returns details. No reply for several days. Order delivered poor quality again emailed asking for refund and returns details. Nothing. Then an email stating my request was outside the 3 days.
As others have said AVOID AVOID AVOID. 😡😡😡

Do not order save your money and time. The items arrived sporadically, the quality is very poor and the communication from the company is copy and pasted and nonsensical. They do not actually answer the question. They drag their feet hoping you will go away. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Not happy at all. Ordered pyjamas for myself, 6 month old and partner. Mine and my babies arrived first and found lots of thread coming out so I emailed asking for a refund and sent photos for proof to which it was accepted. I ordered my partners separately and the condition was the same in which the material was coming out so when I emailed asking for another refund for my partners, they reply saying they’re unable to and send a link to the refund conditions but don’t tell me which one of the reasons it is. They were closed over the Christmas period so wouldn’t have seen my email that was within the 3 day rule. How can you accept mine and my babies refund but not my partners that had the exact same issue?
This company is a con, they state they’re nestled in the heart of the UK but when you go to track your order it says it’s coming from China! Sometimes cheaper is not better. Stick to M&S and NEXT!

Shocking service. Ordered it thinking it was in the uk but actually from China. Took ages to come and I didn’t like the quality and so wanted to return. They tried everything to make me keep it and then said I would have to pay shipping to china. Cost the same as the item paid for. Avoid at all costs and don’t mix up with a genuine company in the UK called thechristmaspyjamis.co.uk

Like everyone else has said, I didn’t realise until after I’d placed my order on 8th December that this wasn’t a UK company. It’s now 27th and I still haven’t received my order, Although Evri tracking suggests it’s been out on delivery since 21st. One uncontactable company pairs with another!! And even if they do arrive, I don’t hold out much hope for the quality.

Scam company! I have emailed about getting my money back and they are ignoring my emails. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!

This company have copied the website of a reputable company. They are china based. I received 1 out 6 pairs of pyjamas which has no labels and is cheap rubbish. Avoid!

This is a scam company, ordered on the 28th of Nov and never received information about my order. I just raised a dispute with the bank and commented on their FB and ig page.

This is a scamming site. They are based in China and orders don’t get delivered. They are imitation of the original website. Please do your research before purchasing anything. No shipping or tracking information after getting your money. Avoid at all cost.

I made an order on 06/12 as the website claimed it was Uk based and that shipping was 2-4 working days. Got an email today saying it’ll arrive between 7 and 10 days from China. I wish I had read reviews now and not trusted this shit company who clearly scam people. I want a refund

I didn’t realise that this was not a UK based company & wish I’d read the reviews first. Not received an order I made & the 0800 number goes straight to voicemail plus emails are not responded to. Think I need to right off the money & read reviews prior to ordering.

This is a dishonest company, they are not UK based - all in China. This isn't clear until after you've placed your order, which they advertise as being 2-3 days... It's actually 2 weeks +, because the goods are coming from China.

The quality is shocking, the clothes don't even have size labels inside... My husbands men's medium and my women's extra small are identical items - no difference in size!! I actually laughed at the absurdity.

Thought I'd found myself a bargain, but no, just a scam 😅🙈

This is not a UK based company. The pyjamas came from mainline China which took 10 days from order date. Material is not fire retardant and natural fibres which I would expect especially for children’s clothing. Return policy is not clear, 3 days from receipt which is not acceptable. Still haven’t received a return label after instructing them yesterday that they were not the right sort of product for me.

Wished that I had read the reviews on here before ordering.
I have ordered matching family pyjamas and so far they have sent out a totally different colour of pj’s and the quality is poor.
The order is also missing 4 items.
I am yet to receive a return form- fingers crossed for a refund!

Shocking company, quality is terrible can't return

This is not a UK supplier the clothing is from China and the quality is appalling. Their website is mis-leading. I ordered 8 items and only 4 items arrived.

I am trying to return the items and get my money back. My advice don’t buy from this website.
