They are getting to big unfortunately, the quality is going down and so is the care. They have some good products but my last order was burning black and going out,Sadly it was the highest quality possible AAAA+, at 160$ an ounce! it was harsh and really low quality as far as cure and smokablity. Sad when you see a site like this start to fall into the Grey area being an honest and quality driven business, to sending bad batches out and having no accountability for it. Order at your own risk, if the first thing they say is all sales are final...you know customers are last in that business model. Lots of other up and coming sites with great products. Support honest and quality driven sites.
Been a customer for 4 years and I had to close my account today. Trust burns like dry grass.

Ordered shake money sent and accepted then nothing. First order. Tried contacting them and no reply. Very Disappointed.

I ordered “crystal caviar” after opening the bag , it was bone dry , I also received gummies with my order, they were slimy and disgusting . Exposed to heat I think?

I contact customer service , to be told , “yah there’s nothing we can do about the green, it’s good” (apparently staff smelled it and said it’s unreal) it wasn’t . Smelled like Durban kush(mids) at best .

So, after being promised points for the gummies , and eventually agreeing on points for the crappy bud too.
It’s been one week, and I’ve been ignored 3 emails now by customer service .
No points added . Nothing.

If you want to be disrespected, told you’re wrong even though you’ve been smoking pot for 20+years (with photos of course) then ignored. Then be my guest.
Btw, this was my FIRST complaint in 7 orders, and this is how it was handled.

I've purchased from CF about eight times, mainly for Cavier and Diamonds and craft flowers. So far, I have bought 3 ounces of different strains of caviar, and the ounces of diamonds I received looked like ones from DE Beer's. Unbelievable. I've been tempted to stray for discounts elsewhere, but it's not worth the risk to maybe save a few bucks when I know that what I have bought from here has surpassed my high expectations in almost every way—stellar products and service.

Great customer service from the start I msged them on discord and right away they were there my package came in 3 days witch I love I ordered the rainbow buds oz witch was awesome it had all kinds of beautiful buds in it mostly dry tho but it was nice to try out all the buds

Some of the best customer care I have ever got def going back quality on there AAAA+ is exactly as advertised 10-10🚀

Had my order in hand within days. Free gifts and AAAA samples were very welcomed. The metal multi chamber grinder i received was easily worth 50$!
